yep!!First time poster here - I am posting from a place of concern as someone that has done the full recovery of an eating disorder when I look at Stephs posts I just feel so sad for her as she is still 1000 percent in the rabbit hole of her ED and behaviours. A huge part of an ED is this need to control the situation and structure and routine no matter what - lack of flexibility etc and unfortunately Steph can’t see she is still holding on to these behaviours. No matter what anyone else around her tells her these behaviours will be in play until she chooses to get and commit to full uncontrolled recovery
Also 7 hours sleep for someone who does that much exercise/work/uni just isn’t enough.up at 3:45 am to go to the gym before work. That is the craziest thing I have ever heard. The only time I get up for the day at 3:45am is for an early morning flight honestly!
That is not a fun lifestyle for a 30 year old (I think she’s 30?) no wonder she is miserable. I’ve had to unfollow her as she is quite triggering. She’s very clearly stuck in a disordered eating cycle. Also 7 hours sleep for someone who does that much exercise/work/uni just isn’t enough.
I also find it quite sad she is going to bed at 7:45pm, her life seems miserable. Full time work/full time uni.
Agreed and if she actually thinks about this the nutritional value will be better if not the same in a bun and you eat it and move onJust have a hot cross bun, fuck!
It’s just sad. I wish she’d get a new therapist to help her with this unhealthy behaviour. It’s a rest day but she was up before 4am to walk on the treadmill…
I wonder what her parents think of it all….do they really believe she is cured? !!It’s just sad. I wish she’d get a new therapist to help her with this unhealthy behaviour.
Surely not. I wonder if she hides a lot of the behaviour from them.I wonder what her parents think of it all….do they really believe she is cured? !!
They would see her instagram? its public i think xSurely not. I wonder if she hides a lot of the behaviour from them.
I completely understand. I get this way about her too, until I eventually deleted Instagram, because it was really doing a number on my mental health.I’m so conflicted by this thread
I still follow but muted stories because her constant fitness/eating habits were making me feel negative. But I still love her Better Being products and support that small business.
That meal looks bland AF. Prison food is probably more appetising.View attachment 2115933
this is dinner? A tin of spring water tuna and some steamed vegetables? No rice or carbs? Why would she even be posting this disordered meal?
I thought she was a receptionist? Why would she be alone in the office with no clients or other staff? She seems the type to do unpaid overtime.
i've been wondering this myself.... she does look very puffy quite a lot of the time so could be!I wonder if she is secretly binge eating? With all that exercise and the super restrictive diet, I'm always baffled as to how she actually looks to be a healthy weight and not overly emaciated.
