Ok, it could be that I’m shattered (again) I finished night shifts this morning and purposely not sleep as I’m back on day shifts on Saturday... but he is really rubbing me up the wrong way the past 2 days.

Why the fuck did he set his bike up in the kitchen? On a warm day, during the day. Surely outside would have been more suited and prevented sweat being flicked around the kitchen, you know where food is made! Oh wait... he can’t look at his reflection outside can he, he needs to see how ‘delicious’ he is that is purely his own opinion of himself though. His face does make me want to vom!

That’s the thing, people who suffer with mental health illnesses (myself included) are saying the video makes a mockery of mental health awareness week, that it makes a mockery of mental health in general, that it makes them feel embarrassed, belittled and that the video isn’t at all helpful - we are the people to listen to and I believe this video and other supposed “gestures” adds to the stigma of mental health and prevents people speaking about their struggles but that’s purely my opinion from my own personal experience.
