Disco diva has admitted in the past she crys and gets upset if she doesn’t win the woman of the year in the group that put me right off her can’t she just not be happy with her weight loss and supportive of the person who did get it.

There is no time limit from what I can see however exercise is meant to be carried out local to home , i really do question if he's staying local plus exercise is meant to start and finish from home which is another grey area as the other day he cycled to another area to go hiking , now yes he didnt drive but he did travel by bike and again not staying local , hes not massively breaking the rules but at the same time not really sticking to them either
Funny that the award is this week and he's posting more than he has done in months in his groups fb page and he's clicking like on others posts ,ive not seen him do that before, its almost as though he's jogging memories that he's there

I love youI’ve been a lurker here for a while. I came across Ben when a friend of a friend (you know how it is) shared an Instagram post of his on her story. I had a nosey at his page as thought a 10st weight loss was impressive. I wish I hadn’t looked. Firstly, I recognise him. I lived in north wales for 28 years. My parents have moved to a village near to the town he lives in. Rhyl isn’t all that big, I’m sure I’ve seen him out and about.
There’s so so many things I could go on talking about. So here’s just 3 of my thoughts.
Firstly he needs to get over himself. Which from reading here is a common opinion. He thinks he’s the dogs. He categorically IS NOT! He just looks smarmy and creepy. Why does he do videos with the camera 20ft (ok, exaggeration) above his head, with him just staring with that creepy look on his face. Really make my skin crawl. He’d be the type to put his hand on you while pretending he didn’t hear what you said *shudders*
Secondly, the sharing of ‘oh look I’ve bought things to donate to charity.’ Ok, fair play but sharing it on social media to feed your ego takes away a charitable nature. Then to follow up with the note of thanks. Oh fuck off ben!!
Thirdly, why the frig has the toss piece not got a job? He had ahome, wife and children and can’t offer them much financially at all so pressure is on his wife to go out and earn for his family.

Surely if he's on "sick" his employer won't be to happy he's affiliated with a Sports bottle. And excersising daily for miles, if you're well enough to do that you're well enough to earn and make a living!

I totally agree. No, he’s too busy stuffing the camera in their faces at every opportunity. He says he’s missed out on so much of them growing up due to his size and now he’s missing their teenage years as he’s too busy flirting online with women, taking photos of everything, taking even more photos of himself, collecting fry light and begging for all sorts of random crap!

If he does a post about winning man of the year, especially if he doesn’t mention sharing it, I will be making a fuss in the comments. And if he deletes and blocks me, l’ll just make another account and do it again. With all his gains and not being honest about it, he definitely does not deserve man of the year. Someone as dishonest, creepy, cunning and reliant on his wife’s earnings, does not deserve an award.
