I was joking - she mentioned it SIX times in her Instagram story yesterday.
Thank you, though. It sounds like she's trying to be Backpacking Bananas who has literally just done this. 
So it seems she doesn't even get her shopping full price. She seems to get some kind of staff/'team' discount on their shop at Coles. $7.27.
I am not Australian so I might be wrong, but I wonder if that's something like Tesco Clubcard?

In the first few minutes Molly says this video is going to be hard because everything’s in dollars. Its a video about what you spend in a week in Australia, isn’t the whole point that you show everything in dollars with a short explanation on conversion rates/ cost of living ??
She's just pretending it's so hard to convert because she's so into the Aussie way of living
She must've used a staff card as it's a 5% discount. Either she is friends with someone who works for a Coles Group brand and they let her use their card, or for some inexplicable reason the cashier did it for her (which they're explicitly not allowed to do).
On her story of games night one of the people filmed someone on cashier I nosey at their instagram (like messing around like if you work with pals they do something funny) so clearly one of her new friends does work in shop and they’re giving her discount
