IIRC £35k is roughly the amount you can pay yourself from your own company (in combo of salary and dividends) whilst staying in the lowest tax bracket. She could be making much more than that but leaving the money sat in the company accounts.
I'm pretty sure that number came from a q&a or say it or shot it video where someone asked "do you earn more than 35k a year" and she said yes.
I’m sure she also said in a video that she had a five figure sum in savings and she also doesn’t pay any board to her parents. So her disposable income each month whilst she was at home would have been very comfortable.

We all knew it anyway, but she’s definitely outed herself that mummy still does her laundry. At 23, that’s a bit ridiculous. Janine must be bored out of her mind at home without Molly and Harry at the moment.
Also, she clearly isn’t used to cooking for herself either. They’ve been going out for dinner almost every night and then she complains about being sick of junk food. Every hostel down that coast will have a kitchen, no reason why they can’t be making something more nutritious than tomato pasta.

She does all this travel content but I think if she just moved out her family home and did vlogs of that process and finding her feet as an adult, she’d actually get a lot more views
I think on the whole people are boring of influencers who's only job is influencing. Unless you can be "aspirational" and buy loads of designer gear, having an amazing house to show off etc. People are far less interested in influencers in the middle - those who earn enough (or who are supported by their parents) to not get a real job, but don't earn enough to have much to show off.
I actually think if Molly had a real job her channel would be doing much better
