It’s not even her birthday yet she’s made it into a whole month. And she was complaining in the video that she couldn’t have a “proper” birthday night out, but she did go on a night out with her friends in York so i don’t see how she missed out on celebrating her birthday

It's Noo as in Noo Stenning. Noo is short for something, but I can't for the life of me remember what it's short for.
