I think Sophie made the situation worse by going on the documentary and the BBC should never have interviewed her when she was still grieving and when there was an investigation ongoing and that an inquest into Princess's death would take place.
There’s always been that kind of vibe (whether intentional or not) thats why people used to be worried about P.I find it very uncomfortable the way Sophie is now posing seductively with her 13/14 year old daughter in matching adult outfits (high heels, push up bras etc) and very heavy make up. I’m not a pearl clutching type!!! I’m from a London council estate, so used to teens growing up quickly! It’s the way it seems aimed at a certain audience after everything that has happened
I agree it's all so upsetting and don't blame you for unfollowing this thread. A lot of the “evidence” Sophie has been sharing looks open to multiple interpretations. I take it she’s got Princess’s phone back from the inquest?
She claims Tattle mods are in cahoots with her mum. Where is evidence of this?
She claims family were allowing Princess to vape, and yet the SMD threads show videos taken from Sophie’s own stories when Princess was about 12 years old, vaping in front of her and not being discouraged.
All the Cinderella stuff just looks like the things I would ask of my teenagers to help with the running of the home they live in, and to teach them life skills as their parent. It certainly does not equate to “modern day slavery”.
There was obviously a lot of other stuff going on, but for Princess to have been removed from Sophie’s care and put into the care of “crackheads” either Sophie is bending the facts to serve her own narrative, or Social Services have an awful lot to answer for - the truth likely sits somewhere in the middle.
Whatever happened, one thing is very clear: That poor girl was exposed to situations no child ever should be, right from the moment she was flaunted on the telly as a tot. She wasn’t protected by her mother, when her mother failed her she wasn’t protected by family, and when they failed her, she wasn’t protected by public services.
It really is all such a tragedy, my heart aches for her and her sister. How the BBC could think it was at all appropriate to commission a programme that used a teenager’s tragic death for point scoring when it is evidently still an incredibly complicated situation (and subject of an ongoing inquest) sickens me.
If I was GK Barry I’d be utterly ashamed to have put my name to this appalling attempt at “journalism”. I think she needs to stick to Gillette adverts.

Aha, so that's who does those ads. All I can think is, how vacant she looks, every time I see those.
That's the real tragedy, nothing at all has been learnt. GK Barry and the BBC owed it to Princess to tell the real story, but that didn't fit the narrative they wanted to make. So they've helped start in motion the same collision course
I agree. This doc failed in their core values. People didn't pay their TV licence to get a hit job on a forum that gets in the way of influencers grift. The BBC must have known it was a miss and that is why it never made it on TV.
