The world has become so black and white at times...

Terminal cancer sufferer has to be 100% a nice and decent bloke we can trust.
despite using the media to fund his lifestyle, seemingly often distorting the truth to do so.

If we are critical of anything, we are the ones at fault, because we are being unkind.
If we gossip about anything we are the ones at fault because all gossip is bad.

Well maybe people are being critical, maybe people on here are being unkind... neither of which are illegal. but.....maybe people need to own up to their behaviour a bit more, and remember that we all respect honesty and straighforwardness, and most of us are getting ridiculously fed up with being fobbed off, with bad behaviours.

If someone has in all good will donated to the guy who died of bowel cancer, then they shouldnt feel he is scamming them somehow.
and if they do, they have the right to object or say something.
I agree. Some people have short memories. I see it a lot on tattle (and other platforms). When something bad happens to someone they suddenly become a saint despite their previous questionable behaviour. Suddenly people start to defend them when they would have been the first to comment on their previous behaviour. I know that we don't like to speak ill of the dead etc but sometimes bad things happen to bad people. I wouldn't laugh or relish in someone's misfortune but I certainly wouldn't be two-faced about it.

This is why influencers think they can get away with so many crappy things... anyone who disagrees is a troll or jealous blah blah blah OR they will pull out a sob story to try and deflect from something.

AI is notoriously inaccurate as it picks up articles from places like the Daily Mail as the truth. Anyone on Tattle can see they print biased hit pieces because influencers have PR and connections.

But it can be useful in some circumstances. We've uploaded an extract of every single message from the Bowelbro thread and it gives this summary (from just the text - no attachments):

Based on the provided forum messages, here is a summary of the discussions regarding the cancer blogger/influencer known as "Bowelbro" (Rich):

Perceptions of Wealth and Personality
  • Arrogance and Bragging: Many users view Rich as highly arrogant, a "show-off," and lacking class. They criticize him for boasting about his wealth, expensive champagne bottles, a home cinema room, and luxury brands (like Burberry).
  • Financial Discrepancies: Users find it hypocritical that he claims to be a "self-made multi-millionaire" while simultaneously running a GoFundMe campaign and hosting a gala to raise money for his cancer treatment (Avastin).
  • Business Transparency: Some tracked down his business history, noting a lack of filed accounts, frequent company name changes, and questionable local planning disputes regarding his home, which they describe as looking like a "sad looking warehouse" rather than a mansion.
Skepticism of His Book and Writing Style
  • Exaggerated Accounts: Users heavily criticize the excerpts he shares from his upcoming book. They mock dramatic claims—such as a nurse sobbing into his neck or his surgeon being so emotionally overwhelmed that he had to take the rest of the day off—calling them highly unrealistic, unprofessional, and fabricated for dramatic effect.
  • Publishing Claims: An author on the thread notes that his claims about traditional publishers and editors fighting to sign him do not align with how the industry works. They suspect he is actually dealing with "vanity publishers" whom he will have to pay to get his book printed.
  • Other Over-the-Top Claims: Users laugh at his assertion that his dog is a professionally trained £15k "protection dog," noting the puppy photos he posted indicate it is simply a family pet that went on a basic 8-week course. They also tease his "master chef" persona after he posted a recipe using burnt, frozen Yorkshire puddings.
Medical Updates and Confusion
  • Unreliable Narrator: Users express deep confusion over his medical timeline, noting his health updates constantly contradict themselves. He previously reported having liver cysts and no lung spread, but later confirmed it was aggressive cancer in his liver and lung all along.
  • Treatment Decisions: There is confusion and skepticism regarding his medical team’s suggestion that he take a 3-month break from chemotherapy. The discussion about the chemo break was tied into larger criticisms of him being an "unreliable narrator," with users pointing out that his medical updates and timelines constantly seem to contradict themselves.
  • Sympathy vs. Criticism: While a few users argue that the thread amounts to "trolling" a dying man, the majority maintain that having cancer does not exempt someone from being called out for dishonesty, financial deception, and extreme embellishment. Still, most express genuine sympathy for his terminal diagnosis and hope for his stability.

I agree 100%. I wouldn't defend every single post on a tattle thread as some do overstep the mark, as they do everywhere.

But I find it concerning that someone is declared a honest good person because they had cancer.

I finished the first BowelBro thread and he didn't only use his platform to help people like his wife claimed. He also used it to doxx tattlers and call everyone on tattle pedos. The BBC should have at least spent a few hours reading one thread to see why people were talking about him.

He doxxed a tattler and said he was coming for more. His house was viral on twitter under his company name, no one doxxed it from what I can see that's live on the thread. The user did say she lived in the same area and had previously walked past his house. Face and full name has been scribbled out. Bowelbro posted the face and full name.

He was doing the contacting friends, family and employers that the anti tattle lot claim tattlers do. Same playbook as Dr Jess Taylor.

Him wasting his time left doing nasty stuff like this was one reason some people on the thread thought he didn't have terminal cancer. Along with the dodgy fundraising and medical stories that kept contradicting themselves.

I'm sorry he had cancer, but he wasn't a nice person.

The tattler he doxxed didn't even say anything bad other than he wasn't liked locally and that his house looked awful. The house went viral on twitter because it looked awful.

You see this is why I think Tattle is quite brave.
I know nothing about bowel bro and it's obviously sad he died. But having cancer doesn't mean you shouldn't be open to scrutiny especially if you're fundraising.
Tattle could easily have backed off or closed the thread - but he was treated as a regular influencer who chose to showcase and monetise his life 🤷‍♀️
Should he have been off limits because of his illness? That's a matter of opinion I guess - but I don't think so tbh.

Everyone in Ireland will remember this guy 🤢There’s no harm in questioning the validity of people that seek monetary gains.

Yip 😂 that’s the lengths he went to to convince the public of his plight.£350,000 he scammed pretending it was for cancer treatment his previous good character must’ve helped? Someone of questionable character would always be questioned 🤷🏼‍♀️

I don't know anything about this GK but wonder is she not very bright or actively malicious?

Engaging in stalking and harassment that's so much worse than anything that has ever happened on tattle while giggling away saying she loved it. Ignoring the actual evidence on the threads then prompting in interviews to state nothing more than anti tattle propaganda. All funded by the BBC while they're facing huge cuts 😳

The person heading fullfattv claims responsibility boasts executive producing all those awful channel 4 shows that have aged like milk; 10 years younger, supersize Vs superskinny 😬

The format of supersize v superskinny was awful and deserved every bit of criticism levelled at it.

i was always under the assumption she was laying on the accent and bimbo persona (only to learn she was born in cambridge and raised in the british virgin islands and probably got inspired by towie and love island) and had some form on knowledge and was smart

The mother is still trying to stay in the public eye.
The media giving the mother a platform caused this whole thing. She's lying, it's all there in black and white that tattle showed more care and concern for her child than she did. Tattlers did say she was too thin but blamed the mother and her influence as she was saying skinny legend to her daughter that had serious issues and she was reposting women 43kg saying how amazing they looked on their water diet. No one kicked the child while she was down.

“They kicked her when she was down, they preyed upon it.

“They saw her mental health was bad, knew we’d gone through bad things and targeted her

“It’s there, it’s all on there black and white.”
