She’s so bloody dull and sickly sweet, like that one coworker you avoid in the office.

I have very much enjoyed Mark Goodier on the drive time and mid morning slot, shame he doesn’t get a permanent place, mind you he might not want it.

It seems very performativey Welsh (in the same way Paddy McGuniess is performatively northern). I’m from near where she is from but thank goodness I don’t sound like her!

She can’t be more Welsh than Sian Elheri on Radio 1 who has to speak especially slowly as she concentrating so hard on making her accent as thick as possible. It doesn’t sound real to me at all

I only really know Mark Goodier from the Now music ads back in the day "IT'S HERE! NOW 47!" 😅 But it's so refreshing listening to a DJ who is passionate about music, particularly pop! This is what Scott Mills was strong at too. Would love Mark to do the afternoon 2pm slot for a bit 🙏

Alex is doing my head in too, she mentions something that’s happened on r2 recently every 5 mins it’s driving me mad.

I’ve started putting OJ from the night before on in the evenings but it annoys me how many playlisted songs he’s clearly forced to play

they now think he’s in NY as he’s apparently not told people why he’s off. sam & dani rang him this morning and the phone rang but went to a generic voicemail. they tried again an hour later after someone text in saying they saw him at heathrow and it went straight to voicemail with a new message of greg singing “welcome to my phone” in the tune of “welcome to new york”. i don’t care about taylor swift but i’m finding this “is greg going or not” quite funny 😂

Greg was in Sheffield last night to host his Bad Chat podcast at the City Hall, as part of the Crossed Wires Festival.

There was a guy there that was the spitting image of Scott Mills - I had to do a double take!

i think he’s still there today and was having everyone on 😂

Enjoying SCBS so far! Just so relieved to not have to listen to Gary/Tina/Ellie dragging themselves through the mornings anymore. Reckon they all hate each other now 😅
