I looked at her hair, which is looking a lot better than the frazzled nearly-blonde she’s had for ages (horses for courses and I try not to get personal about these things but I hated it) and couldn’t figure out if this was a really new trip or if she’s so far behind that I’d almost forgotten she’d been to Thailand.

I can't believe she's flying to Australia again.
That post sounded like she was being overly defensive about loving her lifestyle imo. Also she can't be going for that long as I presume she is going to lia's wedding? Side note about lia, her makeup on her hen looked weird, almost like she had had work done

Every year is a Thailand trip and an Australia trip and a MedSailors trip and a trip to a Spanish-speaking country. She’ll also be doing another Pakistan trip this year so we can probably add that to the list too.
It’s all incredibly boring and predictable.
It’s also a shame because the trips she does outside of this boring routine are her most enjoyable. The trip she did through Montenegro and Albania (just before MedSailors last year) was some of her best content. There are a load of cheap and backpacker-friendly places she could go but she keeps going back to the same places again and again.
On the point of MedSailors - why do they keep inviting her back year after year? I can remember looking at their website when she went last year and it seems like the type of company targeting early career professionals in relatively well-paid graduate jobs. There are about 100 influencers on Tattle who would better fit the bill before her. Seems an odd choice for an influencer partnership.
In a recent video, she mentioned moving away from travel and renaming the channel but I can’t see this happening or being successful. What is there to keep people watching if she’s in the UK?

If Medsailors gift BroganTate and Molly Thompson free trips I feel like Christiane is there best bet 
I agree about her best trips being the ones she doesn’t do every year. Her videos in the Philippines made me want to go there, I went this year and did the 3 day boat trip she did (different company) and it’s such a beautiful place. Albania and San Blas islands also look beautiful and now I want to go there. Whereas the Australia and Greece videos for examples I have no interest in watching especially when she has multiple already posted

Not just for her, but I find these influencer trips weird. It is basically like paying to go on holiday with someone you don't know but somehow admire, I always wonder how it is for the influencer as it is such a parasocial Relationship I would find it really awkward

She hasn't had many trips recently that weren't sponsored or promoting the tours she's making money off of and it makes her seem less authentic. Don't really feel like clicking on any of her youtube stuff cos it was on Instagram months ago
