I find it surprising she says she can afford a London flat with those dwindling views and spending so much money on booze. Those spreadsheets and Surfshark must be doing well.

This is why I am extremely sceptical about the whole thing.

Granted, she is fast approaching her 30s and has seemingly never paid any rent (other than maybe informal payments to her parents).

I know that i’d be like Scrooge McDuck diving into the coins if that were my situation. So who knows?

What confused me is that she says she’s uploading videos sporadically because she hasn’t got Wi-Fi.

Yet she is staying with her sister and her newborn baby? Why don’t they have Wi-Fi?

Also can’t she schedule posts to upload even if she is not on her computer with Wi-Fi? Like it just stays private for a while, she must know she is not doing herself any favours with the algorithm

For someone who makes content as her full-time job, she really does seem like an amateur still. Creating a content calendar and sticking to it (so that you don't run out of material) is one of the most basic parts of the job.

Honestly, her videos need a LOT of work. I'm wondering if we will see a noticeable difference once she hires her new 'assistant'?

The audio quality can be poor, her music often overpowers the rest of the audio, and she doesn't have a great handle on how to craft a narrative story. I guess I'm just surprised that after doing this for so many years, she hasn't bothered to get more creative with her editing.

She's far more creative than her mates Joel and Lia, who can't edit to save their channel!

She also hasn't changed her style in over 10 years. Filter her videos from oldest to newest and you'll see...It's sad.

Oops does it really! Ive seen a few houses listed on right move recently which were listed as cash buyer only due to fact they were unmortgageable. I just assumed cash buyer meant you had the funds to purchase property outright.
