I cannot recommend high strength vitamin d tablets enough. My son and I are very asthmatic and had a long history of awful chest infections and coughs. I read a recommendation somewhere for taking it every day and it has truly changed our lives. We have gone from 6 chest infections a year between us to zero.The problem with Autumn is colds, coughs and chest infections.
I’ve been rewatching a lot of vlogmas so not really autumnal…I know you are after vlogs but as the season turns is a good podcast.Although thinking about it makes me sad (see above) i'm still going to embrace autumn/winter, does anyone have recommendations for cosy vlogs?

Finished my second book in about two months (more then I’ve read in the last two years
I’ve read The Cinnamon bun book store which was ok but seems very similar to the other books I’ve read from the series and a bit graphic for me when I just want a cosy readThen just finished today Escape to Pumpkin Cottage which was lovely and so cosy, even had a few cliffhangers and twists in. I read it in about three days!
We’ve got a trip to Wales booked soon ahead of the arrival of our second puppyI bought another book called Poles Apart by the same author as Pumpkin cottage for the holiday as it was such a good read. Hoping for some nice crispy weather for some lovely walks while we’re there.
We’ll have a lovely walk tomorrow as we do at weekends and I’m hoping for some orange crunchy leavesand of course my 79th Pumpkin Spice Latte on the way home

Will probably have to face the in-laws since I managed to fob them off last weekend.The dog has been snoozing all morning while I’ve been working from home for a few hours so we’ve been sat on the sofa and it’s been so peaceful and cosy with the candle on. Catching up on Coronation Street now and making the most of the quiet!

I’m going to read my book for a while before I go to the gym and start dinner, going to make the most of the two weeks I have off before going back to work.
