I take Vitamin D and Vitamim C daily and while out and about I stay away from people who are blowing into a tissue and/or coughing, and hope for the best 🫣 hope you feel better soon 🤞🏻

Take it from someone who used to have endless colds and nasty chest infections, daily vitamin D has been a life changer! I only get extremely rare mild colds these days. It has honestly changed my health incredibly.

Thanks so much both, I actually had a Vitamin D deficiency about a year ago and took it every single day - but once my levels were back to normal I slacked off over the summer… definitely time to get back into the habit! Will also make sure to take some Vitamin C 🫶🏼

My only tip for not getting ill is to not bother with ginger shots - I started taking them last year and within a week I had the worst cold of my life that just kept coming back all winter 😂😂 won’t be bothering this year haha

A spoonful of Mānuka Honey daily can help with any throat/cough issues.

Ginger tea is good for keeping the air ways clear.

Perfect Autumn weather this morning on an early morning dog walk, it poured it down overnight (left my washing out oops) but then was lovely and clear in the morning.

I’ve been making loads of homemade soup with my soup maker, roasted pepper and tomato first then a parsnip, carrot and potato one. I think I realised I’ve reached official adulthood when I got excited that I could use the leftover chicken from our roast yesterday for soup today 😂😂

I’ve got my maple mornings wax melt burning and just about to clean our bathroom (not fun) before I take the dogs out to the park for a run around and I’m going to get a Pumpkin Spice Latte on the way.

Me and Mr Cinnamon Swirl are watching Stranger Things from the beginning as he has never seen it so we turn the light off in the evening and it’s all cosy with just the fairy lights on

Happy ‘ber months Eve everyone 🍁🍂🎃

Drinking a hot chocolate and have my pecan & cinnamon candle burning while settling down to watch the finale of Furious.

So ready for the Ber months to begin! 🍁

We did it! Made it to the Ber months.

🍂 Happy September everyone 🍂

It’s chilly outside right now and the cars are all fogged up. It’s like the weather knew it was the 1st today 👏🏼

Which one of the autumn months do you guys prefer? It seems that the general consensus is that October is the favourite in general across the Internet and offline, too.

I think October is mine too simply because it feels like all the autumn vibes and activities are in full swing. I'll be honest that once November hits I'm full Christmas mode, hence why I try to really savour September and October. I do LOVE the start of September though when it feels like it's all on the horizon and just beginning.
