Why are florists giving problematic anti vaxxers free flowers? No sympathy - it was a bad business decision.
Yeah I cant exactly feel bad for them knowing Mia's track record. I wonder if the florist can expect a legal cease and desist

I dont know why these people ask for freebies when they're always flashing their designer goods and fancy cars. Just proves that none of these insta boss babe CEO know or appreciate how hard it is to run a business, they just buy cheap Chinese tit and slap a sticker on it with a 500% mark up

Ok, lots of resources have been given. Can we move this debate along so the thread isn’t everyone arguing internally.

Olivia Molly Rodgers looked gorge. Such poor taste by Tully to post the ceremony or the bride. I’m surprised a friend would do that. Especially one in social media who knows how important the ultimate reveal is. The second dress is stunning and she looks amazing. I’m apparently 100 and a huge prude now tho as it is very sexy for a family party.
Just saw the second dress and wow, it shows a lot of skin. I've seen swimmers that cover more!!

Just watched Tully's stories. OMR's husband seems like a creep. Wonder how she's feels about him drinking now that she is alcohol free?

I appreciate your point of view. I come from a nursing/paramedic/social work background where person-first language is taught, i'm sorry that it doesn't suit you or your community's wishes despite its intention to be inclusive and respectful.

Saying “ on the spectrum” is not person first. Backing up Lauren Dubois on this topic just because you work in “that” field doesn’t make you right.

Please reach out to the autistic community and ask them for their preference. Lauren Dubois has a large platform and majority of people including people on this forum, believe what she says as bible.
This is really dangerous when it comes to the inclusivity movement. No one is trying to vilify abled people. It’s ok to be wrong and say hey I didn’t know that so I’m going to do better.

I didn’t mean to start a debate, I just wish LD would know and do better.

There’s a photo with them tagged. The flowers would have been expensive but they don’t actually look that good 😬 reminds me of Leigh Campbell going on about throwing her husband a fabulous 40th but a lot was sponsored, including the alcohol by Dan Murphys. We would all save a fortune if we weren’t paying for that…. Not jealous or anything 😂

She said she doesn’t care. That it actually stopped a lot of their stupid drunk fights. I actually admire her for giving up the booze. It’s something I hope to continue as well.

What makes him seem like a creep? I’m curious

Yeah, it’s actually annoying when they get/ask for freebies, especially when they don’t even use the products, etc. There’s so many celebs and influencers that create their own products/lines when some of the products aren’t even good quality, and then they charge so much for their products just because it has their name attached to it, when they’re only doing it to make money out of it and to boast about their lifestyles 🙄 it’s really annoying.

Then why don’t you let Lauren know instead of starting a fight about it here, which doesn’t change anything. She’s probably just writing what she believes is the correct terminology but how will she “know and do better” if no one tells her? you’re saying it’s ok to be wrong and to say hey I didn’t know, but you’re not trying to inform her you’re just getting angry that she doesn’t know something?

I’ve also been told to use the phrase autism spectrum disorder instead of autistic so that’s what I would have written as well and I wouldn’t have known it would make anyone upset.

And every review I’ve read of the show also uses on the spectrum to describe the characters so I think you’ll find that’s what the majority of people believe is the correct terminology (rightly or wrongly).

Longtime lurker, first time poster.
Just gotta say, Sophie Guidolin just posted a tribute to her elder kids, and my god, she is a different person. Yet, swears she just wasn’t into herself with lip fillers…
She’s had a lot. Lips 100%. Also a lot of Botox in the brows because you can see how her eyebrows flick up at the temples. Classic Botox brow. She’s also had tear trough and cheek filler because it’s giving her squinty eyes.

I know the UK influencers have to declare if they're advertising their own brand. Is it maybe something like that - to make the relationship between influencer and company clear?
I’ve seen NZ influencers do the same with their own brands.

I don’t follow. She’s not my cup of tea but I don’t find she’s as in your face or offensive as others. She does her thing and stays in her lane. She also used to be a political journalist so it makes sense that she has a lot of opinions and comments on things. One thing that annoyed me was that she said she had a great experience working as a female journalist in Parliament House and didn’t witness misogyny, until all the sexual abuse came to light and then she was telling a story of being pushed by a male reporter or something similar. It’s ok to say she felt she had to lie previously but she never addressed the contradiction and there wasn’t too long of a time lapse between comments.

She got a lot of tit for the school drop off outfit comment too but really I think that was a lot of women projecting their own insecurities onto her.

Sorry - that was so poorly written 😂🤯
please don’t accuse women of being liars if they change their story. As asurvivor of abuse myself it’s very damaging to make women feel like they can never come out and tell their story if they’ve ever downplayed it out of fear or shame because when they do finally feel brave enough to share people are going to accuse them of lying.
I also think your wrong Lauren has talked about mysoginy alot in her job especially with Julia Gillard who she seems a bit obsessed with imo lol. She’s never said it was a great experience.

I think Sophie G has also had something done to her teeth - veneers? They look much more even and white than than older photo. I love how she tells the story of how she had them filled once, years ago, and she still has a lump from them. I mean  I have had lip filler in multiple times and any time I get a lump it works its way out. And also by the 6-9 month mark if I haven't had them topped up there are no left over lumps. She is one of the worst ones out there I think...

Back in the old Ashy Rants page on FB there was tea in there about her using steroids - someone had good information. And there is a story about her cheating on Nath, way back before they got married, he found her in bed with someone else and they broke up for awhile?? I wish that person would find their way here 🤞

I mean there's literally a show called Love on the Spectrum 🙃

And the show As We See It is based on an Israeli show called On The Spectrum. And the creator Jason Katims has a son with autism who has has based characters on and he refers to it as being on the spectrum in his interviews. I don’t think it’s unreasonable for neuro typical people to think this is the appropriate term to use if they haven’t been told otherwise.

(the show is very good btw. Very beautifully done)
