Sorry I’m catching up after not being here for ages lol. I used to follow Loni Jane really closely years ago, when I was young and impressionable and probably thought she was aspirational. There was a bad earthquake overseas and she released her ebook promising half of the proceeds would go to the victims and then she never mentioned it again, and never posted about it again. I commented asking if she really did donate half of the proceeds and was blocked so I’m thinking she didn’t. Someone was talking about her the other day and mentioned she’s not even a vegan anymore. (I’m not and never have been) but I couldn’t believe it. Her veganism was practically her whole personality back then and she was so aggressive to anyone who ever questioned her lifestyle or disagreed. I bet she’s never apologised or admitted she was as wrong about anything. I respect vegans especially when they do it for environmental reasons but looking back at the way Loni used to talk down to people and act like she’s better and smarter pisses me off
