Also if trying to prevent a miscarriage they would have pumped her body with hormones that make boobs and lips bigger. That whole not wanting to share as she almost large and had a miscarriage in her youth is totally understandable. It’s hard when influencers literally sell their bodies promoting large freezing clinics and fitness programs but I think it is a lesson that we shouldn’t speculate about women’s bodies.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Don’t watch Jessiika’s stories about her couch while you’re eating. It’s absolutely vile. Unhygienic, disgusting & just straight up nassssty. I think we can all stop wondering where COVID originated…………. it escaped from their loungeroom!! 🤮
Ummmm LOL sorry I didn’t see this before I posted. Summation of my thoughts in their entirety. Imagine sitting on that. I always wondered about wht she bothered with the sheet but here we are haha. Totally agree with what someone said earlier about that house being a nightmare for supervision. Love that kids would be about to run free there but all I can imagine is Jess and Phil getting drunk and cow tipping. Also good luck cleaning a large old house.

I think out Caboolture way? It would be in that area between outer north Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, that's my guess based on that they spent around 600k.

According to her ABN information (all public), her postcode was 4505.

Mention her name and she gets a kickback.
What makes you say they spent around 600k?

Jessiika said she paid stamp duty on the new property. Someone on Gomi said that first home buyers are exempt from stamp duty on properties up to $550,000. So I guess the property is at least $600,000 but could be more since it's bug.
Someone else on Gomi thinks she has two loans - I think the mortgage is split into both variable and fixed -and I agree that there is a guarantor involved.

Yea it’s gotta be higher??? The market is crazy 😂
No idea how they got that loan in the current housing/loan climate.... How the hell is "Influensssser" a legitimate occupation?! And the amount of money she spends on tit and on herself. The banks go through your finances with a fine tooth comb, we were very careful with our spending for a year and they still questioned us on some things that were on our bank statements.

Could be around the $500-$600k if it's around Decrepit Bay, Caboolture way. Or Moronfield! (Sorry for the Brisbane references)

Looking around the area on realestate.com.au, price really depends on whether you are connected to town water or not. I'm talking around 200K differences in price between being connected to sewage/town water and being on septic/tank.

Definitely a guarantor involved, bank would be stupid to give those spendaholics all that money, especially with three dependants and no long term jobs.

I’ve searched recently sold properties in all of the potential suburbs Jessiika’s moved to and there’s literally no sign of this property ANYWHERE!!?! I pride myself on being able to find where all these Instaflogs live based off the clues they unwittingly provide to thousands of strangers - it’s honestly so easy. But the real estate company they bought it off is like a weird D.I.Y place, so it’s got me stumped. 🤷‍♀️ Rest assured that I WILL NOT BE DEFEATED!!!!

She said she feels like they got lucky because the marketing for the house was quite bad, so I’m wondering if it wasn’t listed like most houses are, didn’t have accurate pictures, or maybe it’s been taken down.
OR it’s still up and not listed as sold yet.
I’ve looked too (not to be creepy, I just love house design and was interested in seeing more) but couldn’t find it.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that had a look. Not in a creepy way, it looks like a nice house and I like looking at property. I'm local too so I was interested in where she bought that backs onto paddocks like that. No luck though

Steph Claire Smith was trying to hard to be a “relatable mum” post partum but the daily posts in swim wear or under wear are getting really annoying… especially because she’s trying to act all natural as though she’s not flaunting her body…but it’s getting kind of obvious now. We know you have an exercise program to sell but Jesus, give me a break mate. It’s the middle of winter. Put some clothes on

I think the owner handled the sale. Property Now is what was on the sold house photo.

jesssiiikakkaaa mentioned in her stories they had to pay stamp duty (as first home owners) because the property was over $570k. Also, having your loan spilt into fixed and variable is very common.

I think the owner also chose not to list on realestate.com or domain to save money. The last house I sold, I had to pay $5k for marketing (I was ripped off) and the listing on realestate.com was over $1,000. I suspect the owner had a board out the front and advertised in the local newspaper initially to test the market. I don't think Jessiiikkkkaaa would read the local paper but she or Phil may have driven past and saw the board?

I’ll admit I’m a helicopter parent but if one of my children broke a bone at school I’d drop everything to be by their side! She is so detached, I think she’s a sociopath honestly (Jesika Wilson)

Am I the only one who couldn’t care less how much Jessiika’s house was and exactly where it is? Why are people so fixated on this?
Totally agree. It looks like a lovely home for her family so well done to her. She’s still a twit though.

What a peculiar comment. I didn't realise we had to stick to a topic of conversation that suited your personal interests.
