Anybody else get slightly annoyed at ASMR Shili's constant overacting and writhing around/giggling/screaming during various treatments? I feel like sometimes she moves around to the point that it would make the doctor's job difficult, especially during stuff like orthopedic adjustments where they obviously want her lying face down but she's squirming and rolling half up on her side to make faces at the camera.

I've followed Cheryl ASMR since she started, she's very laid back, most of her content comprises of Live sessions. She doesn't go for expensive equipment, but she really is good. But she can be very irratic in how she posts, either posting daily or weekly to not posting for weeks on end. Now she has added a members section, where you pay and supposedly have access to special content. Basically, she is charging people to view her old content. I do feel so many people are using ARMR channels to make money without creating very much ASMR content.

ASMRVilla's back at it again, this time because apparently she's not making enough money for her extended-stay vacation in Egypt and has started adding midroll ads/complaining about her engagement on no-talking vs. talking videos. Personally, I prefer no talking period unless it's a heavily-accented whisper, foreign language or just plain inaudible, but all her fans are trying to get her to do half the video with talking and half the video with none. I'm not sure what she's going to end up doing but whaaaatever, she had some of my go-tos and I guess I'll have to find different ones.

She got into a (car?) accident a while back and became addicted to pain meds. She's been sober for a long while and has a great support system from what she says - doesn't take anything for pain at all, including acetominophen (paracetomol). She talked about it pretty openly in a Q&A last october/november.

So many ASMR you tubers start off so well and then become greedy, Julia is one, Char ASMR is another, she has gone down the only fans route, she made a new channel on YT for non explicit content, that lasted about a month, now she's back to the seedy content again, it's such a shame, because her ASMR is amazing. Sex obviously sells and it means less input for more money

I've not watched char before but just had a look at her channel and the first 5 videos are wild

Oh I used to watch Lily Whispers a few years ago. She did loads of clothing hauls and there was one particular one I loved but she took it down and I was so annoyed haha. Stopped watching her eventually.

Really like Darya. Not tried any of her videos in Russian but her voice is lovely.

Josie B ASMR is good. Mainly 'spa treatments' and make-up but she just has a really nice demeanour.

I've not heard of Josie B before, will try her out later!

I don't like female ASMR creators because male voices give me tingles and female voices don't so I prefer smaller channels where the guy reads or des mic brushing and stuff. Not into roleplays. I watch Easy asmr, Zeitgeist and Relaxing Male but I do wish there would be more male creators who aren't teenagers or overly sexual.

Some males here. I find so many ASMR channels very hit or miss but hopefully you find a video or two you like.

At the time of this posting there's a known leggings scratching pest in the comments (I've seen him around frequently, he asks women why they don't turn around and show their asses) doing the "well I don't care but don't involve children," a pickme saying the only LGBTQ people who don't invite questions are loud teenagers, and another pickme who thinks acceptance means we're in a "dangerous place."

I don't necessarily enjoy reading these comments, as an agender person myself, but figured I'd better at least see what ole girl considers a comment made in love and kindness before she invariably dirty deletes, like her hospital ASMR video...

I still like listening to August ASMR's videos in general but I feel like she took some comments about enjoying her "thinking" face and leaned into it too hard so that she always looks absolutely baffled by feeling someone's back and neck. Her "Real Person" channel seems much better when she's actually got someone there to interact with, but the POV one is just excessive furrowed brows and "ooohmmmmkay" in between every few words. where it doesn't make any sense.

I happened upon one of her recent videos where she just leased a horse for 6 months and she said she started riding October 2020.

Can you imagine starting a hobby 4-5 months ago and deciding you are too good to use the horses they have for riding lessons and needing your own horse? JFC.

I was surprised when I first found her channel (maybe 2 years ago) that she didn't have any other job at the time, she must have quit her job well before her channel was earning that much. I wonder if either she has money from her parents or Nick was just supporting her?
