I used to like a Celaine but found some of her over exaggerated accents a bir grating and off putting. I really like ShiverMetingles who I have discovered recently.
Alright, well, not 'intentional' ASMR but Nomad Barber and Haircut Harry both cater to the ASMR crowd and have some pretty good videos. RelaxWithReena also has some good spa/beauty vids... I'd suggest more but that's actually the category I know the least about!
I can do a 3x3 recommendation, three different artists in three different genres:
Classic stuff from the old days: Queenofserene, WhispersRed, SoulRepose ASMR... all very classy ladies with a super comforting vibe
High production value/artistic stuff: Ardra Neala, ATMOSPHERE, Moonlight Cottage...these people are all incredible with props, lighting, concepts, etc!
Good roleplays: Chili B, SensoryBySophie, Whisperaudios... Chili is a couple that basically 'remix' classic unintentional ASMR vids and make them even better, Sophie does a mix of 2 person roleplays and first-person POV stuff, and despite my misgivings about her recent money-hungry self, WA has some absolutely stellar stuff, like her latest hand exam roleplay and her hilarious vampire series
Thoughts on Jocie B Asmr?
Yes uncanny valley I feel the same way. There are a few artists doing this now and then you click the video and it looks like a different person. I don't know if anyone knows who Oopsydaisy ASMR is but I follow her and she does this with her thumbnails and then looks totally different in her videos. It's probably to get more clicks because of all of the competition.
She is really good! I love her mushroom video!
She does some of the best hair videos!
I checked out Ecuador live channel, really nice, but unfortunately a bit too fast for me, so no ASMR 
what a shame, I had high hopes as you all recommended her. What I did like though and what I will come back for is the simple set-up. I love a fancy spa setting, but I really enjoyed seeing her in a regular room and using everyday items.

I like her! I only listen to asmr when I’m trying to sleep, so I feel bad that the visual aspect of it all is completely wasted on me, especially given how much effort people put into the visual content.
I do like how soft spoken she is, some of her content helps me to drop off. Not all of it, but it’s nice that she does a range of differing stuff.
Does anyone watch the healing room? She keeps getting suggested to me all the time recently. Her videos are fine but it really bothers me that she insists on putting bible verses into all of her content. Think that’s just the atheist in me being outraged though

I don’t like her either. She has been adding music to her videos that’s really distracting and she uses this sort of guided meditation voice that doesn’t personally work for me for ASMR. Also her videos are very repetitive.

Where are you getting this from? I was never a fan of Gwen's ASMR so I don't follow her, and looking at her IG/YouTube just shows me the same old underwear pics and ASMR vids.
