There’s a huge difference between talking about sleep for mothers who are in the trenches, really struggling and getting some help. Learning how to help a baby sleep and get rest can be life changing for them and for mum too.

When it’s talked about in Ashy’s context- it’s because this woman is so lazy and will outsource EVERYTHING. She has no desire to learn anything, when she can pay someone to do it. It’s not like watching someone be rAw AnD rEaL, it’s watching someone who speaks absolute garbage all day everyday, outsourcing most tasks in her life telling everyone else to make “time for self care”. She can’t even eat or prepare proper food! She doesn’t clean. She doesn’t take her bleeping son to school. Like ergh, anyone who is earnestly feeling bad about their parenting compared to her!? She’s a bleeping potato ffs.

I wouldn’t trust anything the sleep consultant she uses says. She makes up crap to sell her products and services like that babies need to ‘learn’ to link sleep cycles, biological nap windows and that a 6 month old waking after 3 hours won’t be hungry. And the extremely unrealistic expectation that all infants can ‘learn’ how to self settle, doesn’t take into account baby temperament. She’s definitely using a modified Ferber cause ashy has spoken about check ins

Is this witch for real?! This is the most tone deaf thing I’ve seen her post. This completely ignores the fact that physical and mental health issues can affect anyone, regardless of your level of ‘health’. Hereditary conditions, cancer, chemical imbalances in your brain etc can happen to even the ‘healthiest’ of people. To say that 98% of the problems in your life are your fault is so ignorant I can’t even deal. No amount of greens power is going to prevent you getting hit by a car and being a brain damaged paraplegic. No amount of daily lemon water can prevent schizophrenia. And no amount of protein powder can prevent you being grape and beaten by a random stranger and having PTSD the rest of your life.

I honestly think she got fed up with Ashy leaving Taj with her every weekend and whenever they went on holidays. So rather than talking about it, they just decided to move up north. That might seem extreme to some people, but I know for others they would do anything to avoid a confrontation. Perhaps they had wanted to move for awhile and Ashy's constant demands just moved things along a lot quicker.
I remember Ashy doing a big rant about how she felt she was giving her mum a gift of allowing her to look after Taj. Look, I'm sure she loves him, but she's not his friggen mother and she probably got over every weekend being expected to have him and for their numerous holidays.. and remember back then she was going for a few weeks at at time.
