I wonder how she’ll feel when he does actually stop breastfeeding? I don’t mean it in a snotty way but what else does she have to post about?

She’s amped up talking about places locally that she’ll miss so I’d guess fairly soon.New house probably! Which actually interiors was the reason I started following her
I wonder when they move as she said she was waiting to start weaning til in the new house, now he’s had a pouch![]()
She’s on the Annabel Karmel baby food pouches already
“I sensed he needed more than just my boobs” ...looks like she’s rushing him yet again!
Imagine trying to tell her though.. she’d be vile!First meal.... cue ‘guys, Alfa’s got a stomach ache’
You idiot. First tastes are literally a tiny spoon of food. Or if you do BLW, just Chuck some food in front of them. When they can sit unsupported. Seeing her do all that stuff to him is really making me quite angry.
My second one is nearly 17 months and I’d say only in the past 3 months, if that, she’s started eating food properly. Never wanted to be spoon fed so I started with BLW with her. My first one took to weaning like a fish, so it was a massive shock to my system when she didn’t. And she still loves the boobs now!I didn’t even know AK did pouches!that spoon makes me feel funny about her cutting his gums
she’s gunna have to get her massive bits out his face I guess. Would be better to persevere with the bottle than give he those pouches at his age if she wanted a break from bf. My second child has just turned 8 months and only now ismost of the food not going on the floor! It’s a slow process!
Yeah definitely does not look ready! The getting bits out face thing wasn’t to do with him stopping bf it was about not feeding him sideways on her lap with him pressed up to them and instead giving him proper space in a high chair but they probably won’t as he’s nowhere near being able to sit up I guessMy second one is nearly 17 months and I’d say only in the past 3 months, if that, she’s started eating food properly. And why start with pouches!! Don’t get me wrong, my little ones love the Ellas kitchen fruit pouches, but when you give your baby first tastes, for me part of it was cooking it and preparing it myself! I know mums know their babies the best but bloody hell, he really does not look ready to be weaned yet.
she gets worse?! You absolutely should not ever breastfeed in a moving car! If there’s an accident, the impact would either crush him or he’d be flung out the windscreen. Is she brain dead or something? The same logic applies to feeding baby while they’re strapped into a car seat, a crash could mean they are crushed by your body.Is it safe to breastfeed in the back of a taxi or am I just clueless? Surely he should be in a car seat?!
He’s not 5 and a half months, he’ll be 5 months on Thursday. So he is still 4 months at the moment. Guidelines are 6 months anyway so it is too early. They also say when the baby can sit unaided etc and he can’t do that yet. Whatever way you look at it, she’s about a month too early with all this, as usual she likes to rush things with him but won’t be told.Guys I’m not a fan of Ashley’s car safety approach and many other things !! But on the weaning, not sure why people keep saying Alf is 4 months, he’s 5 and a half months now - I know cos mine was born the day before, Jan 10th.. Guidelines are to start no earlier than 4 and no later than 6? Still can’t understand why she’s shoving ice cream and pouches at him but he’s not too young to start!
Completely this! He is too young! He cannot sit unaided, yes the nhs guidelines say around 6 months but only when they can sit unaided and have lost their tongue thrust. She’s said her mum weaned her brother at 6 weeks and he’s “fine”. I just despair at these complete imbeciles. My daughter would go for food I had when she was 4/5 months, not because she was hungry but because she was curious. There is a huge difference. He’s not 5 and a half months, he’ll be 5 months on Thursday. So he is still 4 months at the moment. Guidelines are 6 months anyway so it is too early. Her baby, her decision and all that but I just hope he doesn’t suffer with any problems in the future because of it.
