She's a grifter. Just like almost everyone else you see in mainstream media. I could hire an agent today and get a gig on TV tomorrow as a 'social commentator' because I have the skill of 'talking' and 'breathing'. It's a truly pitiful existence.
Going down the 'therapist' route is truly dangerous though. That's beyond grifting, it's fraud. Unaware people could get hurt. Vile woman.

I find Anna way more unlikeable than Luisa. She’s as fake as Louis Vuitton from China, as Davide would say

Never has spaces open for new clients, always seems put on the spot when asked about something therapy wise and let’s not even mention how she completely glosses over the fact luisa is deep in the rages of an eating disorder and Anna is just like guys she’s fine and healthy xxx

Completely agree. Luisa owns that she isn’t relatable and doesn’t apologise for it which makes her likeable. Anna tries too hard to be “normal” and make people like her which in turn makes her fake and NOT likeable. Her companies house returns are for an interesting read. Over £700k in the bank in her “Anna Williamson” company which is completely separate from Luana and The Relationship Place with shareholder funds for 2023 of over £500k .. she’s raking it in but will still beg for freebiesI find Anna way more unlikeable than Luisa. Have we seen credentials? I’m sure above somebody mentioned that she isn’t a therapist but a coach. May be wrong.

She has a diploma in counselling but that’s about it.
