a patronising dick head, that is what she is.So what is she? A therapist or just an Instagram influencer?

But she’s so so relatable and such a good therapist/flogger/book writerShe is just so boring with her aggressive moany commentary of lame stories everyday of how she was late for school pickup, kids lunch, delivery man issues etc. Not sure if she realises that she comes across as very disorganized and a huge mess constantly with her exaggerated overly dramatic stories and troubled posts where she is battling her self confidence and mental health posts on the grid.
Since we have mentioned here about her constant moaning of Tarun, she has stopped mentioning him as much on stories now. So hi Anna! Any chance you can stop moaning altogether please?
Btw she has alot of confidence to come and tell us about her failures of everyday life where she fails to pick up her son on time for someone who is supposedly struggling with confidence on a daily basis. Something doesn't add up?!
Waiting for an inspirational quote to be posted now of how people don't perceive other people in the correct perspective and how Anna could be so misunderstood.
Yes she does, the nanny even moved in with them to help during lockdown. She also has a cleaner.Oh god the car key story - can't stand her!!! She is very irritating
Does she have a nanny?? I have 3 kids similar age but I do not have all the time alone she does!
Ah no, that's just for Instagram posts. The cleaner does the laundry then brings out all the clean clothes and dumps them on the floor so Anna can look relatable and post one of her repeated, rambling posts about anxiety/ depression/ overwhelm.I didn't know she had a cleaner. What's with the messy clothes everywhere these days? I know cleaners only clean mostly but some also do laundry/ironing etc
Funny how someone who supposedly doesn't like noise loves to shout on Instagram all day long.....How to survive lockdown in 9 easy steps
Get a nanny
Have your hard working husband do all the work
Neglect the boys, just focus on the girl
Get a cleaner
Escape to 1 of your 4 reception rooms
Wear noise cancelling headphones
Sit on insta all day
Have a day time bath
Pretend you dont like noise when in fact you just dont like anyone other than yourself
And to think she is proofreading her book all dayPresidence![]()
I think her personal issues and mental struggle of being able to do it all needs addressing much further than some motivational quotes from Google or a sofa session from someone telling you that you are good enough as is.. she applies a band aid approach to most things. One day she will get sued by her clients for her shortcut strategiesThe guilt she struggles with is the guilt that even with all this help its still too much for her. She's embedding herself in a deep deep lie.
I find this very confusing too. It all seems a bit over the lineShould she really be sharing this information with potential and real clients as a health care service provider? Are therapists not required to maintain professional relationship with clients?
