I’ve followed her since the mama scrapbook days and would say that if she ever got to 10k followers she would do a live and surprise her husband with her account. In all that time she has never ever had a pile of washing laying around, this is why I find her content so contrived now, now she has an audience she’s trying to relate and sell to! Also, anyone else remember that live when she told T about her account and he seemed quite annoyed with her and she ended it really abruptly?

Anna has exposed herself as a fraud: either she can cope (with help), has her life in order to be able to offer her service or she's holding it all together by a thread proving that she should concentrate on her own life. However "professional" she may be, she cannot advise others if she is struggling this much.

It buys you a 4 bed detached, all be it a nice one but nothing grand.

Frankly it’s tough, we moved 20 miles Away from our home towns and are just on the cusp of Surrey (we’re the last road) as we just couldn’t afford to buy and it’s quite a bit cheaper out this way.

A lot of people either have great jobs in London or inherited money. Most people I went to school with, I’m 30, now own houses in Surrey with the help of mum and dad (me included).

She didn't need to say she was writing a book. She could have just said she was working on her online courses or something. She deliberately makes it look like she just fits in her psychotherapy practice and writing after the kids have gone to bed, and that's simply not the case. She's a working mother with proper childcare to facilitate - and it's very disingenuous to pretend otherwise for 'likes' and content. Especially when your audience is, by design, anxious mums.

And this is why it feels very unethical

I can't stand this woman's whinging everyday! We get it Anna... You resent Tarun everyday in one form or another.. can we move on now please? Why do we need 34 stories everyday to explain this?

My husband is very chilled but he would definitely be unhappy with me if I was whining about him online like that. She’s a complete cow.

When I did follow her, I was always amazed at how much sleep she got with children much younger than mine. It’s absolute bollocks.

Completely agree with the above. I think you are completely right. She is also deeply in love with herself. She records herself everyday. Even today she recorded herself with the right angle, makeup and lightning being fed by Florence and pretending not to look at the camera then you can see her checking herself out from the side eye. It's really creepy.

I also think that her inferiority stems from her emotionally negligent relationship with her parents. I feel that she is very insecure because she didn't get attention from her parents as a child. She is desperately gagging for attention constantly. Her relationship with her dad is not very good and that has probably aided her self esteem issues.

She is a prick though because she has a good husband, house and kids but is as ungrateful as she can be. Constant meltdowns, tantrums and whinging.

She wants constant adoration and love. Watch her replies to the comments on her posts. She acts as if she is a hero and saving the mankind. Her job is to make people feel good about themselves not make herself feel and look good to others.

Is she a middle child??

The preening /checking herself out on camera has reached new heights. She is unashamedly vain and her followers drink it up like liquid gold.

It is bizarre and almost cult like.

The admin from schools/pre-schools is perfectly manageable if you don't spend 10 mins whinging about it to strangers on the internet And I speak from experience- we had one in Sixth Form, one in Yr10, one in Primary and one in Pre-School at one point! It ain't rocket science.

I find it odd that only she gets the emails from school not Tarun. When me and my husband both worked we were both on the mailing list and would co-ordinate with other about who could/would do what.

agreed! Well she’s dropped herself in it with her stories this afternoon... this morning she said Tarun took the other car to London... this afternoon she said he had to get straight on a train back from London... so which one was it?! Lies lies lies!!

Sounds like Anna! The timed Sunday morning tantrum and meltdown. Weekly outbursts of emotions and several crying episodes each week all whilst husband and live in nanny are looking after the kids then cleaner comes in and cleans the house, laundry and ironing and Anna is enjoying a free yoga class and walk with a mate with coffee. But then the constant need for adoration from her fans urges her to post a crying teary eyed selfish gagging for love.

Oh there we goo.. so predictable!! I mean we are only on the second day of the week and she already had a tantrum yesterday posting a crying face selfie. She had a meltdown on Sunday and needed to go for waffles before the day was ruined. I think she seriously needs help and intervention. This is not healthy for a therapists !!

And now the post about how you can have it all and still be fed up and that you should be able to be fed up whilst being materialistically better off than others

Spot on. Which is why the money she is taking from people, who have far less social mobility than she has benefitted from, is appalling. I am astounded that she gets this past her therapist/advisor the British Psychological Society.

not sure she would be registered with the BPS as she’s not a psychologist, probably the BACP (for psychotherapists) and she’s definitely contravening all sorts of ethical guidelines, just in terms of professional boundaries, personal disclosures and including what you’ve said. She’s so grabby and disingenuous it’s shocking that she works in a “caring profession” you have to renew your registration regularly, maybe she hasn’t or maybe they have no clue what she’s doing

I agree with you! I would never dream of posting sweaty selfie in a mini sports bra all gasping for air complaining that you haven't had a shower yet then go and call your clients for a meeting. How would my clients take me seriously this way?

I had therapy after a bout of depression/anxiety. I searched high and low for a recommended/experienced therapist. I wanted someone with life experience, not just training. Instagram is very dangerous in the therapy/life coach arena.

I used to love Anna but could never get to grips with just how much she stories, she talks to her phone more then she talks to her kids and i feel is more into her looks lately too. I think ive said it before but my grandmother would laugh at these influencers and their advice books. It's as if mums are a new thing
