1. When she moved to Geneva, it appears that she was initially renting a “studio” or had a separate room that she used for filming. She mentions that part quickly in this video below. She also admits that this background used here (below) is a “backdrop” that she’s experimenting with. I don’t think we saw much of this one again.
2. That bedside lamp that sits on the white console table in the background are hers and we see them here in one of the first videos she filmed when she moved to Geneva. She later added the light blue wallpaper where we can also see that the larger floor lamp and chair with the matching wallpaper is also a part of her “studio”.
I believe that these are props/ furniture that she owns BUT for whatever reason she stopped showing stuff she owns and moved on to film at hotels. Maybe after “the move” she lost space and her shoebox apartment is a total mess.. therefore making it unavailable to create this old set-up she used at the beginning.
Again, we see her old “studio” here during the beginning of her Geneva days.
3. Here is a different lamp that she also owns (from back when she was in London) which we also see in future videos filmed in the Geneva studio.
That lamp matches this one below.. with that chair that matches the blue wallpaper. I believe she owns this chair as well.
These are the times I believe she owns. Anything else (aside from the dark brown chest w/ drawers & that painting above it) was filmed at a hotel.

This needs to go on every tdlr and the daily mail should look into this fraudster. She has created a home in a hotel. Wonder what the four seasons thinks of this?
I wonder how many other influencers do this.
We know they pretend to be flying on a jet using that setup and you can hire designer shopping bags etc...

I think she believes that she can teach women the opposite - when you enter a room and everyone's attention is on you because - thanks to Anna Beynana - you are not like a piece of furniture but radiant and awesome. And elegant As an introvert I prefer to be the furniture
I can't imagine going to a hotel and casually bringing my chairs and lamps, and plants, and family photos to record few mediocre YT videos. This was all done on purpose to lure naive women. This woman is out of her mind.

First one is a hotel. 2nd must be her home. Compare a bright, generously lit and spacious room with one wall and a few items cramped together. Yeah, it must look so weird to the staff.
Since from the screenshots we see that she batch-filmed most of her videos, it probably looked totally normal to come to the hotel for a few days - staycation even if someone asks - with a small carry-on that fits enough light elegant dresses and a few pictures.
I now also remember the moment I realized something's fishy about her: when I saw the Graff book or hard-cover catalogue in the background. I thought, who on Earth would display this at home as a coffee table book? No judgement if you do, it just didn't resonate with her level of jewellery acquisition lol.

I think someone should email Four Seasons enquiring about influencer packages and whether you can rent a room. When they reply with “we’re too good a hotel to do that” send them Anna’s pictures and say that you’ve seen it done here.

Just to add, who frames a photo of themselves posing? Thé one of her in the red dress which was used on the Times article. Thé photo frame she positioned in the hotel.
I understand framing your blown up or real size magazine cover but she has shrunk the photo and put it in a photo frame. Thé only person I know who does that is Paris Hilton whose entire house is photos of herself.
