Our dear eleghunt lady is once again proving a wrong strategy!

Anna Bey clothing is just the exact same stuff you can find everywhere - minus the spicy details!

It took more than 10 years for Victoria Beckham to make her first profits with her clothing company, VB only survived so because she is a millionaire with a network and had the best critics from the fashion industry.

Now, back to Anna Bey, she could have branded something different have another website to distance herself from her scam courses, but she needed the SEO so much - cough cough, with this she will never reach new leads who have the genuine money to spend on her arguably special dresses, let alone get distributed by a major website.

Here is a little spot the difference game for you mangoes!!
(The winner gets free access to SOTEW 🤭)

Maybe this line will be the wake up call for some of Anna's followers. Her price range is nowhere near what most people in her target audience can afford. And those who CAN afford 400 EUR dresses, would they buy from a really new, unknown brand launched by an influencer with no fashion/design education and no industry connections? @Pardon my French you are right, Victoria Beckham was a celebrity at the time she launched her brand, she had a lot of money and quite a few connections that she could make because of her status and money. Anna doesn't have much money at all. Sure, people can launch brands with little money but her collection has nothing original. There is no distinct unique design or embellishment.
The size availability is also very interesting I must say. If the XL was ''sold out'' for every item even for the Z-list prelaunch, there is a chance that no items in XL ever existed. I remember someone who worked in garment manufacturing once told me that for basic designs, one can use sometimes the same pattern for up to 4(!!!) different sizes - that because of how things are cut in large swathes of fabric, some pieces will end up larger, some smaller and then these small differences can be divided into different sizes. This obviously applies to mass market items, not high end couture or custom made things.
Anna needs that sweet, sweet SEO to keep her scamma life going. She needs every cent she can fleece from people - be it the app, the courses and now the clothes. She could have made more money selling ''I am not a MK girl'' tshirts POD.

10 Ways To Look Expensive In Summer (ft. ANNA BEY CLOTHING LINE!)
Mangoes! Do you wanna see Anna plug Shein-quality clothing at Selfridges prices? Well look no further. Act fast! Stock is limited! Scammy marketing is eternal!

1. Shirt dresses - they are her favourite type of klahssy clothes and perfect for summer. She says linen can be dressed up or down and she loves anything with belts. Hey, Anna? Cinching yourself in at the waist still doesn't make you an "hourglass." She prattles about shirt dresses for ages. Did you know they come in various skirt and sleeve lengths? And different COLOURS?! Don't be like the TikTok kids with their beige aesthetic!

2. Brown sunglasses - "less harsh" than black. She recommends "cat eye" sunglasses as she thinks they are "feminine and seductive!" Teddy gets a shout-out as she says he chewed a pair of the glasses she's showing off

3. "Romantic touches" - she demonstrates with the infamous Alaia tote and a pair of old shoes plonked on the table. What she means by "romantic touches" is apparently broderie anglaise/crochet or straw hats because they're FEMININE, laydeez!

4. Nail polish - must be red, nude, or French tips. Other colours look cheap. She demonstrates with a picture of someone wearing what looks like (or is a very similar colour to) Essie's "Mint Candy Apple", you realise that is one of their bestselling shades for a reason?

5. Sleeveless linen shirt - from AliExpress, sorry, Anna Bey again. She's actually laughing here at the thought of selling cheap tit she bought from China to her followers for hundreds of francs. She recommends the GENIUS HACK of wearing a matching white linen shirt and shorts set.

6. Statement hat - she shows off a straw hat that's "not just a regular panama hat you see in tourist shops!" It doesn't suit her face shape and is more One Piece than Vogue. She recommends you go into local shops when "touristing" (is that even a word?) in Europe

7. Woven bag - buy a straw bag or wicker basket to match your crappy hat. Why has it got to be straw? Because ...

8. Natural textures - you should invest in natural textures like straw and linen and silk. It's just elevated!!11 Anna says "nature is the best!" and flashes up a video clip of her hugging a tree. She doesn't do jet set any more, shovelling tit on a farm in Corsier is where it's at. Choose natural colours. But also "a pop of colour" like her blue dress. Which isn't a natural colour. Colour adds spice and she loves her spicy eleghunce!

9. Relaxed fit shirt - her clothing line again, she recommends them for covering up on the beach

10. Maxi dresses - and we're back to the shirt dress!

She finishes up with a plug for her clothes "made by Anna Bey." Yeah, maybe if by some one in a billion chance there's another Anna Bey working in a Chinese sweatshop ...

She should give you credit for the merch idea.

If being overly generous, the word to describe the “collection” is ordinary. Honestly speaking? Cheap and sleazy are more accurate.

But, ladies did we really expect a masterpiece of style and quality material and workmanship from Anna Bey . . .the queen of cheap and ordinary?

It’s a definite pass for me!

I remember at one point she even said she doesn’t watch tv shows (along with claiming things like she never lazes around or slouches on the couch, even in her own home as it’s not ELEGUNT!) and then like 6 months later she was posting photos of her laying in bed asking for series recommendations lol.

Anyway my point being she didn’t even have an interest in something really basic, watching tv, that everyone else does. I don’t love most shows, I’m really picky, but I keep up with them because the majority of people watch and it’s great for socialising to discuss what you’ve watched. It’s even come up for mr professionally - clients recommend things they think I might like to watch and vice versa and we can discuss it later and deepen our relationship! I remember thinking then, ok you don’t even watch tv? So what DO you do? I think it’s ok not to be into tv but the people I know who aren’t do many other interesting things with their time instead.
I’m not a massive tv person either. Have a binge from time to time but not often and when I do it’s usually a Netflix series or something not films reality tv soaps etc. usually diy programmes or interest led. I usually read books or listen to/watch sermons, lectures, educational, documentaries.

This is not about a passion for fashion or talent at all. This is about Anna Bey and Anna Bey only.

No fashion brand describes garments like this, Miss Anna Bey and the curious case of “me, me, me”.

Master of elegance?! More like master of egocentrism!

This is about profit, there’s nothing to do with fashion at all! 🥴

WAIT. She is claiming she “repopularised” (this is not a word) linen dresses?!?!?! HAHAHAHAHAHA. She is trying to take credit for linen dresses being in style. She is out of her bleeping mind. I shouldn’t be surprised because she lies about everything but the audacity of this claim is wild.

The prices are jaw dropping. I cannot fathom how she thinks she can charge those prices and with, once again, tacky as tit branding and marketing behind the business.

So glad someone else reminded me she learned from Dan Lok - I forgot that detail! Makes so much sense. Those types of “marketers” (they are also scammers/ponzi schemers) tend to say you “don’t need a strong visual brand” … because they know you can sucker vulnerable people without the investment. Instead they prefer to info bomb with stupid “tips” and “hacks” which is why Anna has done 73736722 “how to dress elegant” videos.

What do you mean - she got her timing wrong? Her "collection" came out just in time for our business-savvy retailer to get a discount on her wholesale order! I'm not familiar with the industry at all, if you are - please do let us know how it works, but to me it seems logical that wholesalers would also offer a discount on out-of-season merchandise, just like retailers do, wouldn't they? I suspect Anna was waiting for wholesalers to drop their prices before placing her order - in no small part because she couldn't afford to pay a full wholesale price when merchandise first became available (I'm guessing in late winter or early spring?) By now all the better offerings have long been picked off by legitimate retailers and scammers like Anna are reduced to pedestrian primitive designs, basic boring colors and visibly poor-quality fabrics (especially noticeable on her white pieces). And she seriously hopes to sell these pieces at astronomical prices? Especially just when much better quality, more attractive offerings are going on sale at literally every store?

This "clothing line" stint was probably her most bone-headed move yet. If she was desperate for a cash infusion she would have been much better off putting together another one of those $20 "upgrade yourself" scams. It would have been quick and easy to manufacture and she wouldn't have sunk what little money she had into a wholesale order.

Watching A-list users trying to find the money to buy overpriced linen clothes from their guru to show off to other brainwashed A-listers (we cannot interfere, this is a canon event).

Sadly, this is nothing new. Wannabey students woke up and realized they were scammed so they want their money back but since they follow Anna, they adopt her manners (or lack of) and spread the afluenza scam.
How does Anna justify the pricing of her clothing? Where are they made, by who, were the materials checked for hazardous metals and chemicals, certified for using sustainable materials? (Anna's answers: who cares, who cares, what was that word 'who' starts with 'h', who cares, who cares, payyy meeee).

@lalalander :

Anna says the clothes are made in Bulgaria in a small factory. She does not mention the fabric, the fabric origins, the standard the fabric adheres to. There's no mention of fabric weight and thread count, weaving technique. At that price point, especially for a small brand, everything should be detailed. I guess she justifies the pricing saying it is on the premium high street spectrum, but as other posters have shown, even Reiss, Boden and other known midrange-ish brands have cheaper options than Anna's absolutely unknown brand.
Usually in Europe even cheap supermarket clothes will have something about OEKOTEX on their label, or about where the cotton etc comes from.
Anna is just using the sustainability as a marketing word - she has no idea about the origin of the stuff I guess and doesn't care anyway. All she wants is $$$. Isn't it shocking that a 10$ Lidl dress has better sourcing information than Anna's almost 400 EURO line?
Perhaps she did buy a wholesale close out lot that came in limited sizes and limited colors. People do that all the time. There are wholesale companies that will sell you a pallet of unsold clothes from another brand. Usually with the purchase you agree to cut out the label of the previous brand and you can sew in yours or leave nothing. Just imagine the scene: a box of beige potato sacks. Banana sitting in her office, cutting out labels and haphazardly sewing on ''her'' brand.
I am curious what her followers, the few who may have bought her stuff will say. Or will they not dare to say a word about it being not as luxe as expected?

There are so many small brands that source their materials ethically, you need to look closer for the certifications, for example:

Basically, a small brand can offer an organic certified linen dress for £ 115, which now is £57,50 because it's freaking JULY

She does mention where the linen is from (Italy) and where it's made (Bulgaria), but you have to go out of your way a bit to find the "articles" on the website. If only she'd put the info in the product description.

The articles themselves are also vague. It'd be nice to see more specific info regarding the size and length of the items, the manufacturing tolocation, factory, etc. Certifications help too.

Anna posted an update that apparently the shop is doing well, but hurry ladies, Anna will close the doors soon and no restock!!!

Btw I found a commenter asking for a male collection. It'd be interesting to see Joe modeling the male collection

And I saw a comment from another who asks if she'll come up with a cashmere collection for winter :ROFLMAO: Yeah, I am sure she would, but the cheapest sweater would come at 1500 euros, she has absolutely no idea about pricing (which she proved with her overpriced scammy courses). My point is that if she insist on these inflated price tags, then her business is doomed and destined to fail. Like someone said above; the most likely scenario is that she won't sell much of her stuff so she'll soon run a 'summer sale' where the items will come with heavy discounts and that'll be that. After her 15 minutes of fame she'll park the idea of 'Anna Bey clothing line' with some stupid excuse and the whole stint will disappear in oblivion.

I’m sorry but the fit of this top is embarrassing. Look at how it is too right across the bust and creates horizontal lines along the bra line, and how it puckers around her waist where it looks to be too small. The armpit holes also look to be digging into her skin. This would be bad as a regular fashion post but it should be humiliating that it was the best image she could find to illustrate and sell her own fashion line. Absolute amateur hour.

Agreed. This shirt must be from the “escort/hooker” portion of her brand. Guess she’s attempting to be all inclusive! 🤪

But, it’s the antithesis of classy - actually quite cheap and vulgar looking - made worse by that awful padded, strapless bra she insists on wearing . . . WITH EVERYTHING!
