Dear Mrs. Piggy’s clothing line and “teachings” being dragged on Reddit 😂😂 the video was about another European tiktok “elegance” expert who ALSO sells courses & clothing, saying how brown lipliner and clear gloss isn’t elegant or classy, yet she only used black women as examples when those colors are nude for us.

My eleganth ladiezzh, it's been a while since my last post here.

I've been out and about enjoying life and real life luxuries that surprise surprise are not necessarily Hermessas.

I would like to point out that she has restored an old landing page for her classic scam, Secrets of the Elite Woman.
But it seems she has invented a time travel machine. YES. You are reading this correctly. It may be that or Anna has been so busy drinking cheap wine that did not have time to even fix this old landing page :sneaky:

Anna, when will I receive my paycheck for helping you fix your scam links?

1686488920142.png

On the other hand, some friendly reminders for the new Tattlers, this information is there in old threads but I do not have the willpower to go back there.

  • Anna received at least 1 red Hermés bag gifted by Lina, if you pay attention, for the most "official" events she always grabs that one. I am confident that is a legit one, is just that Anna does not have a real walk-in closet lol so her bags are sadly deteriorating.

  • The Hermés sneakers and blue coat, quite confident those are legit and purchased during her visits there with Lina.

  • The spicy rumor back then, about her "husband" and his motives to marry Banana, were his alleged bisexuality and how complicated this was for someone of islamic backgrounds. Now we know he is allegedly Catholic :sneaky:
Who knows where that rumor came from but indeed, something fishy about his background and past dating history may be.

  • Anna, no, there is no need to go to Mass to prove me wrong. Please.

  • I mentioned at some point how most millionaire follow juicing / Medical Medium but they make their own juices (not those cursed bottles she posted at the beggining). Anna needed to prove Tattle that she makes her own juices!
Ahhh what a pleasure to see that tiny kitchen with a massive Amazon juicer!

The real deal are the Omega juicers Anna, and where is your Thermomix? I may assume you did not purchase the $300,00 glassware btw, a price tag that even uper middle class affords to build-up a nice kitchen.

  • Quiet luxury - Anna has never been quiet luxury. Listen, avoiding logos does not immediately transforms you into quiet luxury. Posting pictures of ALL the restaurant menus and hotel lobbies is just tacky AF and screams wannabe. Most people shares that only with close friends. OR if you are an influencer, those are usually sponsored posts. The lack of capacity our Banana has to make business with her following is surreal. It may be she is too dodgy to even reply back emails offering a basic deal.

Have a lovely week my elegant ladiezh.

I'm reveling in the clothing fiasco! Please never stop Tattling 🙏

I was scrolling on Pinterest, and the algorithm recommended Anna's "How to Look Expensive" cheatsheet. These were the comments.

Why I HATE The Quiet Luxury & Old Money Aesthetic Trends!!! (Hahaha)

Anna is "crowned the Eleghunce Expert" on the internet ... in her own little mind maybe. She talks about the Gen Z obsession with these trends ... but what are they?

Anna gives a brief explanation of these trends and says: but wait! Hasn't she been telling you all these years to wear "timeless" styles and neutrals and no logos? Yes she has but she called it "dressing eleghuntly!" So why is she against it? Well ... she'll tell you in a minute! She waffles about the trend taking off because of TikTok, Succession, and Gwyneth Paltrow's court outfits. Anna doesn't worry about ending up like Gwyneth cuz you can't cause a ski accident if you only ever go when no one's there

96457f480c8808572428b-09-roll-safe.2x.rsocial.w600.jpg

Shouldn't the eleghunce community be glad that people are finally bored with logos? Anna: there is no "eleghunce community." It's not going to happen! But there are "multiple of reasons" why Anna isn't fully on board. One of them is that TikTok treats "quiet luxury" as an aesthetic and forgets it's supposed to be about being an eleghunt laydee. Eleghunce is "a lifestyle, a subculture, a personal development tool." I don't think the word subculture means what you think it means.

Anna has been doing eleghunce since 2018 and credits herself for the current old money/quiet luxury trends. Yes she actually says this! Six years ago when a lot of TikTok's current audience were still in primary school they were glued to this granny hooker's social media, no doubt. But she has always been about MODERN eleghunce and keeping her personality. Don't be a stereotype, laydeez! She shares some omg so quirky and relatable pictures of her feeding farm animals and skipping down the street with a balloon during a photoshoot.

Then she talks about there being "different style personalities that exist under the eleghunt style" and of course she was the first one to bring this concept into the eleghunce community. She gives examples of different women that she considers to dress eleghuntly including Iris Apfel, Anna Wintour, and Olivia Palermo. See? They don't dress the same way! This of course leads into a plug for a new "Style Personality Quiz" she's created to build her mailing list. How many goddamn websites does this woman run?!

Then there is lack of context. She plays a montage of her calling things tacky and cheap in old videos - but, laydeez, context! That didn't mean she was calling YOU cheap. Obviously! She doesn't think we "should put disclaimers in everything in our society" because critical thinking is important. The hypocrisy is off the charts! But anyway context and she doesn't really elaborate on that further except to say that TikTok doesn't go into a lot of detail because it's all short form video.

"Wealth obsession!" No wonder Anna dislikes "old money" trends when she hasn't got any money. She talks about School of Affluence and says the reason she spoke about "high society" so much was because she had experienced it (HAHAHAHA) and wanted to give women the "tools" to not embarrass themselves in society. Referencing an infamous scene in Succession where Greg's billionaire family is disgusted at his girlfriend for carrying a Burberry tote. But then Anna got called a gold-digger and she was very sad :( Eleghunce is not about being rich or pretending that you're rich or wanting to be better than everyone else! She references her namesake Anna Delvey. Our dear eleghunt faker would never do anything like film in a hotel and pretend it is her home or carry Hermessas or ... Anyway, be authentic! Quote: "... being pushed left, right, and centre into people's throats."

Anna finishes off babbling about "superiority complex" and if you make eleghunce content please give people a little more CONTEXT. Byeee! Next video is supposedly yet another rehash of "10 Things That Tell You're Old Money" but she won't even remember that in two days' time much less to weeks

About this part

1690401878864.png

It's a third-party Warehouse https://www.ecommercefulfilment.com/

Which has obviously bad reviews (ignore the fake 5 star reviews from profiles with only 1 review ... 🤪) https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/ecommercefulfilment.com?stars=1

So if anything goes wrong with the return / refund process, Anna may blame "the company I was working failed us..." when is absolutely easy to spot that this is just a cheap fulfillment centre, far away from the top tier return process that a brand with 400 euro dresses should have.

Have you all seen her most recent stories on Instagram? She responds to a question about her message to "people saying it [the clothing] is too expensive". With a smirk she says "I understand that not everyone can afford [...]" and goes on about her collection being "mid range". Trying to make critics seem poor in a desperate try to limit the criticism. Because no one wants to feel poor, right?

This little fashion project is not mid range. The quality is mid range, while the pricing is not. It is overpriced. And yes, Anna, I can afford it. But it simply is not worth the money. She is trying to fool her fangirls. You can get the same quality, with more beautiful designs, from brands such as Gaala, Sandro or Sezane.

Terrible garment design or mass-produced issue?

Let's look at the 'Sleeveless Linen Shirt in White' (€165.20) in size 'M'.

designchoice.png

  1. Bust dart line placement: Drawing Anna Bey's natural appex line gives us an idea of where this dart should be. Ideally, the dart should aim towards the bust point because its job is to blend the fabric into the curvature of the chest. Instead, the dart is placed way too high.
  2. Armhole: It could be a design choice, but armholes are measured with movement in mind. This armhole may feel too tight on most women (unless you have slender and narrow arms). I like my armhole to be 1-2 inches from my armpit to avoid friction with the skin.
  3. No darts in the torso: Anna only took pictures of the front of the shirt, so I couldn't catch if there's other tailoring techniques done. But it looks like it's just a simple torso with no darts. It just makes the top look plain and bunched up at the waist. The linen material also doesn't help accentuate a waist since it just further pronounces the excess fabric around the stomach.
Note: Anna Bey only uploaded the back view (worn) of only two of her garments: 'Anna's Signature Shirt Dress in Red' and 'Oversized White Linen Shirt - Beach Cover Up'. Is she using clips?

What a mess. Well off people value privacy. Even the finished result doesn't look elevated, just basic. I get more inspired on Pinterest / IG / YouTube...
But...but...but Anna Bey does value privacy :ROFLMAO: For example;

- Anna Bey hasn't shown her husband Joseph Hallit for almost a year,
- Anna Bey hasn't shown her assistant at all (you know, the one that she supposedly hired with a fanfare last year)
- Anna Bey hasn't shown any parts of her supposedly affluent house EVER (apart from the 'living room' which is actually the Audi Lounge😁, all that we have seen was bog standard middle class bathroom, kitchen and a bedroom with an extendable sofa bed:ROFLMAO: And a rather run down terrace of the Corsier office.
- Anna Bey hasn't shown any of her friends for years (except for the Russian woman from the strange skincare brand) - her nonexistent friends are grateful to her that she protects their privacy:ROFLMAO:
- Anna Bey hasn't even shown her personal trainer, you know, the Romanian guy Ivan Vitali for years - I am sure he's also grateful to her that she protects his privacy 😁
- let's not forget about her crush Bassam Feres - I am sure he's most grateful that Anna Bey protects his privacy. So much so, he decided to help her out on this front and possibly move to Brazil to make it easier for her :ROFLMAO:
- Anna Bey hasn't shown her mysterious 'team of people' that she supposedly works with - I am sure her 'employees' are super grateful she protects their privacy and doesn't ever mention them😁
- etc
- etc
- etc

See? Anna Bey does value privacy. Apparently 😁

I’ve been following this thread on and off and just want to say 👏 BRAVO to all you ladies (and guys) who continue to expose Anna Bey and all her scammy deceitful nonsense. Appearing one way ‘on camera’ (to gain trust) and living an entirely different way ‘in real life’ (literally cannot even afford a living space that matches 10% of the elegance BS she pretends to be about).

What pisses me off the most is her inconsistency in everything she does. Someone who’s REAL, open, and honest doesn’t jump around from domain name to domain name, opening doors to this & that program, using FOMO and fake lifestyle photo shoots to SELL SELL SELL, and then closes the doors, disappears, never engages with her audience to show sincere care, interest, follow-up, etc., using easy no brainer tools like Instagram Lives or genuine Q&As (not the fake questions she asks herself, so obvious you ask yourself all those dumb questions you answer, Anna). When you take money from people, you have a responsibility to be authentic!! Anna does the EXACT opposite. Who holds her accountable??

And it’s bizarre (but so predictable) how she’s gone completely silent after the recent “launch”. With everything she does, there’s always this sense of “give me your money, and leave me the f*ck alone”. She refuses to genuinely connect with her audience. I haven’t seen her answer 1 question to all the complaints in the comments section of her recent posts. Except for saying that the prices are what they are, take it or leave it, (and the thing about the XL sizes being gone which is total and blatant BS), there’s zero interaction with all these people that have contributed to her growth and given her this platform, these people genuinely want to engage with her and she literally leaves them hanging every time! HOW RUDE, Anna!

Anna Bey's whole persona is based on her own perceptions of what is stylish and klaasy and what is not. She has an opinion, everyone has a right to have an opinion, but Anna does not have any qualification to back up her statements. She also usually gives her advice in a form that makes it sound like only she knows what is right. Recently she has tried to tone her know-it-all attitude down a little bit, but her superiority complex shines through constantly.
She also doesn't keep up with modern trends. Yes, perhaps members of the British royal family have to adhere to certain nail polish rules, but everyone else, including average income and wealthy people can wear whatever color they please. If I had to stick with beige and red I would also expire.

Even from the pictures, her line looks average quality at best. I looked at Zara's current linen collection and their stuff looked better. Shocker, eh? Another thing that may point out to Anna's line being a close out sale is that she says that it won't be restocked. If she had made a deal with a manufacturer and fabric supplier, there wouldn't be much issue to make more of the items. The fabric is basic and the pattern for the clothes is basic, too. It is not a highly specialised limited run fabric that cannot be remade easily.
I bought something in Anna's price range two years ago - a black Marina Rinaldi trench coat - it cost over 300 EUR. It is beautifully made, even the tiniest details are perfect. The fabric of the coat doesn't let water soak through, yet it is light and comfortable to wear. And it doesn't wrinkle. I spent hours on a bus, worried my coat would be a mess. But minutes after I stepped off the bus it was perfect again - hallmark of a good fabric used. That kind of quality is worth paying for.
Anna's super marked up close out lot is not worth that price. She as a self-proclaimed stylist can't even make sure that her collection fits her impeccably. The worst offender truly is the black shirt that prominently features her strapless bra. And her signature too tight fit. Maybe Anna is obsessed with what size is on the label. What should matter is that the item fits the wearer, not the label.

Seems like her followers are not impressed with her collection and Banana is busy deleting comments.

So baffling that we can't write a simple YouTube community caption without checking the grammar before posting; surely such an action could be considered a mark of elegance. Perhaps I am simply not sophisticated enough to appreciate these "shoe's."
Call me inelegant, ehm, sorry, I mean 'unelegant', Aija, but I actually like the Valentino studded heels, I think they are cool even for my age group (40). I bet Aija is going to bash them and call them too flamboyant or straight up cheap-looking. They are out of my budget, but if they weren't, I would seriously consider buying them (perhaps not in pink, but they come in different colors). Not everyone wants to dress like a granny 30 years too early😃

The intent was never to target real students interested in a real course. I would go as far to say that this website is crafted to target vulnerable people.
It could be that back in 2019, some may have thought "Her videos are legit but the site is a bit dodgy, but I trust she knows about this topic..."
Absolutely this. She has some marketing knowledge as she uses an “info bombing” marketing tactic. She shares tons of free information in YouTube videos and webinars so that you “like, know, and trust” her, and it positions her as an “expert”. The problem with this strategy is it causes more “noise” and and overwhelm, limiting your ability to think critically and deeply. Add in the false urgency tactics that are well documented here and it’s a recipe for being scammed.

It is the same tactics a cult leader uses to brainwash people and gain followers (the NXIVM documentaries from a few years back are worth a watch, you may notice some similarities!). You will have a gut instinct that things aren’t right, but the tactics used are SPECIFICALLY DEVELOPED to override these “objections”, degrade your sense of self trust, and instead place your faith in this “expert”. You are absolutely correct in that it works on vulnerable people best - people at a low point, who are struggling and feeling shame, but who want better and are seeking it. They are the prime targets to be pulled into scams like these. It is exactly Anna’s target demographic.

That’s how I found her. I am big into self improvement and I started watching her after a bad break up when I wanted more from a partner and life. (Side note: Luckily I ended up with an “average Joe” who is amazing and provides well for me and our child! And in fact I think we do more luxury things than Anna… we go to actual fine dining restaurants that are FULL because demand is high and you must book far in advance, for example.)

At first I thought she was legit but had just unfortunately taken the wrong type of marketing course and was using these tactics without knowing any better. I thought it was a real shame haha! And I was never going to buy as courses that use these marketing and sales tactics have an industry rep for being awful content wise, with terrible customer support and lots of false promises, fake testimonials (yes most of them are MADE UP) and so on. Then I found here and it all came together. She’s a faker and a scammer. DUH! She used to be better at the faking at least but Tattle has done a great job and she’s like a shell of herself now.

Anyway I am working on two deep dive posts on Anna. One on her branding strategy and one more focused on the marketing funnel tactics. Once you see “how the sausage is made” you’re less likely to fall for the marketing I hope. It’s why I never did. I am on maternity leave at the moment so both have a lot of time and somehow none at all, so hopefully I can get them done sooner rather than later.

Thank you @ThirdWorldGlam for finding the reviews of the fulfillment company. It is truly not surprising to hear that Banana picked a shady partner company that is known to be unreliable. That of course is perfect when she wants to fob off customers who have problems, like if people never got their order, or if they sent a return but never got their money back.
Of course, if Anna had been a decent businesswoman who was starting her clothing brand of 400 EURO dresses, she would have made sure she has the commercial space to keep and sort her inventory, ship orders and receive returns. For that one wouldn't need a massive warehouse, even 50 square meters would do - I suspect she doesn't have more than a few pallets of inventory. And there is a likelihood that she doesn't receive hundres or thousands of orders. Her brand is tiny and only known to her followers. At that price point, people don't order on a whim so in theory, a one woman operation could handle it. But of course, our elite laydee is too fancy and elefant to do such a lowly job. She wants the airs and graces of a ''big business, serious fashion brand'' with no work.
Dear Anna Bey follower, if you stumble upon these threads, please have a good look at the information people have accumulated. Tattlers are not trolls or haters. We document Anna's scammy practices so that as few people as possible part with their money. If she were only posting her videos and kept on a pretense of being very rich, there wouldn't be 38 threads about her

@lalalander :

Perhaps she did buy a wholesale close out lot that came in limited sizes and limited colors. People do that all the time. There are wholesale companies that will sell you a pallet of unsold clothes from another brand. Usually with the purchase you agree to cut out the label of the previous brand and you can sew in yours or leave nothing. Just imagine the scene: a box of beige potato sacks. Banana sitting in her office, cutting out labels and haphazardly sewing on ''her'' brand.
This must have absolutely been the case. Remember, her clothing line announcement came out at the last minute. Banana must have been looking for a heavily discounted lot of linen dresses and shirts to come along until one finally did. She would have probably preferred that it did include XL size items but she couldn't be very choosy this late in the season. On those close-ups it was clearly visible that her "Anna Banana" labels were not stitched on all the way through but sloppily attached at upper corners only - what an amateurish job! No legitimate clothing brand in her price range would tolerate their labels being attached in this sloppy manner!

Banana is a no better clothing retailer than she's a stylist. In her latest video she referred to sunglasses frames as "brown". Anna, those are called "tortoise shell" frames, not "brown"! A self-proclaimed stylist should know that! And what century did this idea that "only red and beige nail polish is classy" come from? Have you never seen promotional pictures by, I believe, Dior of a young woman in a wedding dress wearing a sky-blue nail polish? As an apparent Dior fan (as evidence by your Dior "wedding" suit that you re-wear all the time) you should be familiar with these images.

Aija, do you know what your core problem is? You just want easy money to flow your way but don't want to put in an effort. Even a successful scamming plan takes a lot of planning and preparation. Your guru Dan Lok didn't become successful overnight. Neither did your mother - it took her years to become an attorney so she could open her scammy practice.

The elegant mangoes was from her disdain of shopping at such a low cost store as Mango. She once claimed that she probably had never been to Mango or Zara because she was always shopping in high klaas places, and Mango was not elegaant enogh of her.

Anna is finally 'cooking' something at home. A level up happening right in front of our eyes.
It might be a downlevel since she allegedly had a maid or personal / private chef a couple years ago 😆

I come from a farming background… elegant farmer… I can’t 😂😂😂 What in the cottage core Lydia Millen nonsense?!

This is a woman whose fridge is full on microwave meals. She has shown zero interest in food unless it’s to flex restaurant menus or weird medical diets she’s on. Farm to table eating is a big interest of mine so once again I am just left laughing and confused. Does she just mean gardening? Or having some animals as pets?

Don’t get me wrong I’m all for more people getting into gardening and farming, with climate change altering food availability it’s wise to get educated. But in my opinion it’s not elegant or wise to announce what you’re going to do on social media. Tell people once it’s done, not before. Otherwise you open yourself up to judgement and if you don’t follow through you look flaky.

She’s just so bad at managing her image, she doesn’t know how to shift without these bizarre declarations like “spicy elegance” and “elegant farming”.
