One of the modules includes teaching the students how to identify their dominant colour and undertones. Anna shared with her ig followers that each student would receive a digital colour palette containing the colours that would flatter them the most. I've also taken pictures of my (slightly dirty) colour palette from Colour Me Beautiful for comparison (you can get a consultation with any of their trained consultants and find out what would suit you). The pictures of my colour palette have the CMB logo on the left side with a page number. This company runs the course that Anna attended to become an "Image Consultant". It's more than flagrant that Anna has scanned and created a digital copy of CMB's colour palettes. CMB works on a franchise basis and the consultants (who are advertised on the CMB website) are under the obligation to purchase the items that they need for colour consultations from CMB. Anna is not listed on their website as a consultant.

My God this woman is a JOKE. I do remember seeing all these pics of her and Bassam, but looking at them in succession just blows my mind as to how incredibly DISRESPECTFUL she’s been to her supposed “husband”. (How does her audience not see that this is the complete opposite of “classy” & high-value behavior. What a disgusting woman she is to publicly devalue average Joe like this).

I am sure you recognize this floor from Anna’s pics:

You can see it in several of her photos, it’s the parquetry in the main rooms of the mysterious “Audi lounge”:

(Spoiler alert, at the time of typing this post, I am still not sure if the place is an apartment or a lounge. You can study the photos & info below and draw your own conclusions. I am leaning towards a proper apartment.)

So I spent some time looking through past apartment listings in Anna’s (and Bank Audi’s) immediate area, looking for this exact parquetry pattern.

Came across several apartments, all from the same building or complex. Note that these photos aren’t current.

@indiana by the time I write this you will probably have uploaded the remaining pics, but I want to say: the type of place has already been clarified by Bastine. Whether we call it apartment/lounge, the nomenclature is unimportant. It's an apartment in the sense that it could be used for living; it is a lounge in the way that banks such as Audi use it: to receive their clients.

Next up is another listing I found. I believe it is the same layout but may be a different apartment on a lower floor (of the same building) (or the next building which is identical) (or in fact the exact same apartment):

If in fact these last 2 images are of the exact same apartment, then they are of rooms we have not previously seen.

Then I found this floorpan, diagram, blueprint, whatever it is:

The circular “D” shaped thing, center bottom, must be the stairway leading up to the apartment. The square in the center of the staircase is probably an elevator. This is a 2-3,000 sqf apartment and I was real curious to see if any of the the photos lined up with the floor plan. I knew the interior doors and the floor were a match but wasn’t sure about the rest.

For the most part, I was able to visually line up the floor plan with the photos from the different listings, and am satisfied that the floor plan is an accurate representation:

So as things were lining up, I was kinda wondering if we were all wrong and Anna actually lives in this huge-ass multi-million dollar place. Spoiler alert, I am still not sure but I don’t think so. Why?

As I was lining up Anna’s pics, I noticed Anna doesn’t have bay windows (curved windows) (everything else seems to fit the floorpan exactly):

While almost a perfect match, the bay windows (the curved windows marked in red) didn’t match Anna's. The windows in Anna’s living room, while the same design, are flush with the wall (rather than curved as in the apartment-listing images).

I checked the exterior of the building and noticed that the penthouse (top floor) had bay windows, while their counterparts on all lower levels were regular straight ones (like Anna’s), flush, completely level with the walls):

This also explained the significantly better views from the penthouse apartment.

So basically the floor plan I found is for the penthouse, which is not Anna’s place. But! If you look at the lower levels, I am thinking they are, or at least originally were, more or less the same floor plan.

So I looked for other units in the same building, looking for the same geometric parquetry. I found this apartment:

While on a different (lower) level, I believe it is consistent with this section of the floor plan:

This particular listing also included an entrance pic, and as the elevator is on the opposite side of the door, I also believe this apartment is facing in the opposite direction:

These last 2 pictures make me think this is a (much) smaller unit, partially in the attic, as the windows seem to be those tiny ones just under the roof:

Just showing this to show that there seem to be these teeny-tiny apartments, partially in the attic, in the same building. I picture Anna’s on a lower level, not in the attic, but I am not a 100% sure.

The kitchen from the earlier listing (not the penthouse one but the one with the umbrellas in the entrance hall) (which may or may not be the same unit as the penthouse one, maybe an identical one on a lower level) was this:

Because of these kitchens, I do not believe any of these 3 apartments are Anna’s. But I do believe her kitchen is very similar to the first 2, with a few personal upgrades, (like the granite backsplash above the granite counter, I’m talking about what is believed to be the “London kitchen"). Otherwise the same cabinetry from what I can tell so I suppose it’s possible she filmed those old videos here.

Before I flood this thread with literally 50 pictures that Anna and friends have posted of this Audi lounge, @indiana when I saw the floorplan with the circular staircase it reminded me of something I'd seen before. In July 2020, Anna posted on her ig stories a mock-up floorplan of her SOA office because her team was supposedly expanding. The staircase from Anna's floorplan matches the staircase from the floorplans you've found however the orientation of the flat/office doesn't match. I think what Anna posted might be a mock-up of the Audi lounge where Audi would have purchased both apartments on the same floor and converted them into one single apartment

Since these units seem to follow the same general floorpan I believe the floorpan I posted is fairly accurate. There could be different variations due to remodels. Not surprisingly, it also lines up with Teki’s diagrams.

I suspect the location of the IKEA closet might be one room down from where Teki has it, but I’m not sure.

The closet pic doors are definitely consistent with the rest of the apartment:

One of the listings said that 2 units were remodeled into one, so it is ENTIRELY possible that hers (or Audi’s) is half the size, or even just a third.

Maybe like this:

At this point I don’t know what’s in the other rooms. They might belong to a neighboring apartment or they might be bedrooms or the half-empty rooms where she films (the carpeted rooms).

The weird geometry parquetry with the square design is in the rooms I marked blue. The pink rooms don’t have the squares painted on. The rest of the rooms I am not sure:

(There are huge pieces of carpet, used as rugs but they don’t go wall to wall).

I personally believe that those carpeted empty rooms are part of this place, rather than a second location. There might be a second location but I think those rooms are part of this one. I find that the doors, baseboards, floors etc are consistent with the images that I am looking at in the old listings above.

In my opinion, the light grey wall color behind her is also consistent with the rest of the place.

I don’t know whose apartment or lounge it is. It is an 8 minute straight walk, or 4 min drive, from the Bank Audi building.

If you are still reading, there was also an adjacent hall that Teki created that looked like this:

That’s all I have for now. I don’t know who owns it, if it’s rented, or if it’s been remodeled since these images were taken.

This is just my speculation but I think she does live here. One of the extra rooms is a bedroom, one is her office and the third one is his. The bottom right rooms are the kitchen. I believe (speculation only) the apartment likely belongs to either Joe or Audi (not Anna). I think she used to film here before she moved to Geneva and I am guessing that’s where she stayed (at Joe’s).

@indiana great job. Here are my conclusions, I've just seen your 6th post, maybe they are the same. The apartement is on a floor where a big apartement was cut in two half parts at the level of the staircase that's why she has a wall in the middle compared with the big appartement. For me there is no doubt that this is a business apartement and she has no more rooms to show. The other appartement is not Joe's, it must be rented by someone else (she would have shown more of that appartement and we are always seeing the same views). It was usual in Geneva and France (especially Paris) to cut in half or in four, big ancient appartements. The landlord has in this way two or more appartements to rent.

@cherry cherry : I didn't know those pictures. Do you mean she posted something showing the reunion room (table and chairs) ??? Oh my god, but it's so obvious! That plan shows only desks and a reunion room! And look : there is no bathroom, only the WC and a sink exactly how @teki_awas imagined!

Or as per Bastine and CherryCherry's post, hers is smaller (some of the rooms were converted into a separate unit). Very much like Teki's but now we have the exact shape and scale of the rooms

The other weird thing I noticed that I forgot to mention: Bank Audi seems to hold their conferences at the Four Seasons. I saw articles from Cairo, Berlin, Paris, the list goes on, of Bank Audi events, always at the local Four Seasons. Maybe Anna sneaks into one of the rooms during these conferences and mass-shoots a bunch of vids? Who knows.

Oh my God I have to repost this, obviously Anna doesn't know how to read the symbols of a plan. If she would, she wouldn't posted a thing like this.
A desk to receive one or two clients (it was a closed space/office first, see the door) + the reunion room for the staff + the lounge to have some drink after the reception of a client. @indiana, I don't understand, why you were in doubt? it's obviously that this is a business appartement.

Also there is only a thiny little kitchen, a sink and a wc.

And what she is saying there : "showing the floor plan of her new office"??? When was it posted? This is clearly the Audi appartment that she shows as her "home" and not her "new office"
