If you have clothes that wrinkle easily and you don't have a steamer on you, you can spray them down with water from a simple spray bottle. On a hot day the water will evaporate in no time and most wrinkles will be gone. I do this shortly in advance I have to leave the house, so that my clothes can be wrinkle free without anyone noticing the evaporation.
If you are out and about you can keep a small face mist bottle in your bag, which produces very finde and unnoticable mist. Additionally the evaportion is nearly unnoticable on certain fabrics and bright, colorful clothes with a small pattern. But be careful with very thin and white fabrics. On a hot summer day even 2 minutes in an indoor bathroom are enough for the water to evaporate completly on your clothes. So you can easily freshen up your clothes after you have sat down for a meal. This helps also a lot if you struggle with the hatte, since this produces evaporation chills.

Bonus: you can hide a small cloth soaked in water unter your hat. This helps me a lot with headaches and feeling dizzy from the heat.

The affluent lady is not able to spell "truffle" correctly or check for typos. But oh, she is eating an ehlehghunt truffel menu. I genuinely think it was not a typo.

Also, she skipped the last 2 courses because she could not afford them?

I get delays in service can be upsetting, but if it was a set price for the entire menu, then it is till disrespectful to the chef, and creates some ahffluent food waste (truffels are perishable).

There are dry wash sprays that smooth wrinkles and that fit easily in your Hermès. That’s what I use while travelling, but I’m not an elegant lady

Honestly most hotels have a laundering service or an iron in their rooms anyway… if not you can always request an iron from the front desk! Besides there are many innovative ways to unwrinkle your clothes. Too bad I can’t share it here so Anna won’t know

Besides, how badly is she packing her clothes for them to be that wrinkled?

I agree. I like the dress, too. Linen wrinkling in summer is pretty normal and gives her a bit relaxed look. But what I find hypocritical is her bag. Aww that’s so sweet he posted that!! I love how authentic and responsive he is. He commits to the topics he discusses and seems very engaged and interactive in the comment section of his videos. Thanks for such a detailed info. As per Glassdoor, the annual salary of a private banking head in Switzerland is around 141000CHF. Our Aija is so 'ahflooent' that I'm actually getting jealous of her.

I'm a new member that is trying to catch up with all the Anna Bey threads.

I discovered Anna about 1 year ago and was hooked! I love everything that has with etiquette, and love historical romance books And roleplaying. So I enjoyed watching her videos and daydreamed of living her kind of life. At first, I couldn't believe that she was from Sweden. Because... I am from Sweden. And her way of speaking was so different from other accents I have heard.

But, her being Swedish just made my interests bigger. And guess what? We are born the exact same year! So I really had one person to compare my life against hers with.

When she first started to do letters and videos about the first reboot of her course last year, was I soo hooked! Yes, I was going to buy it. How much could it be? 100 euros? Hmm.. I can buy it even if it is 200 euros, I thought. Just for fun.
I'm from a typical Swedish lower-middle-class family that is continuing to live just that. I have a little house, a husband, one kid, cats, a university degree in social work, I can splurge this course upon myself.

But when I saw the price? Good lord. That couldn't be, right? But it was. And, yes, I have the money for it. But I would NEVER pay that amount! Just think of how many computer games I could buy instead, that would give me more pleasure if you go by time.

It was never about trying to elevate my life for me, just to have something to do. Watch some videos, perhaps get tips. And this price was outrageous. Still, I got the Fear of missing out by all her e-mails. And still do. Even after been reading here. She knows how psychology works.

I still compare my life to hers, easy when you come from the same country and are the same age. But I'm more fascinated now, than envious. My life is just lower middle class... but hell... that much more stable than hers... And without bearing my breasts...


I will continue to read here. And watch this train-wreck to its end.

When you finish reading the threads, you’ll realise that much of her life is a sham. Nothing to be fascinated about, even when baring her breasts she still did not manage to bag a rich man. We have even theorised that she is living a middle class life.

Remember, what she shows you is what she wants you to see and think, it may not be the truth. You don’t know how much savings she has, what she lives in (since she does not show her house) etc. She can fake these things.

I hope this helps your fear of missing out, since there is really nothing to miss out on

Darling, thank you very much for your advice. I didn't know this. I wear linen dress today and I used your tip to water-mist it in case of wrinkling. I sprayed it, smoothed out on me with hand - et voilà - the dress was smooth.
