It just has never been necessary for me, in any circumstance ever, I've never been given or asked for a salad knife before because it hasn't ever been needed. The leafy greens I go for and are used to, are also microgreens or with smaller leaves, so this might also be a huge factor in me never having seen a salad knife at the table before + I might have forced my surroundings to worship the small leaves and microgreens
One way I might see how she got the never cut your "salad idea" is if we are taking babushkas salad, (ngl we have recipes centuries back with this abomination) AKA the salad in gelatin...

I sell here the secret for free. A finishing school and an experience in the society it is about those kind of little details, things they never say publicly. Let's face it, a girl like Anna will never have even one of the three criteria so I am not affraid to give you the tips. If she starts making a video about it she will just be ridiculous, she is not natural, she is uneducated and she confuses waiters manners with lady manners.
I didn't see the video about the restaurant, I don't watch her, if you post me here the video I shall comment on. I would like to tell you many things, about the salad for exemple that everybody mentionned, once again what a crap, she doesn't even know that people in the good society don't even eat the salad (nor eggs) with a knife but only with a piece of bread. The history about the knife in the salad has an explanation but apparently she doesn't know it, so I will refrein on commenting because this could give her idea.
