Okay, I was bored from writing a science report for school and decided to check her instagram... How the heck did she manage to make multiple models and actors look horribel by replacing their face with hers? My retina needs bleaching after seeing that...
I voted that no she does not look like her Victoria secret version. Wonder when she will block me lol

She just continues to complain that there's nothing to do in Geneva because of lockdown. Sorry your life is soooo hard while people are dying sweetie. This is hard for everyone, you're not unique in being inconvenienced (though apparently not inconvenienced enough to stop flying around every 10 days)
Exactly. Has she ever heard of #loveisnottourism movement? Because of the US travel bans, there are thousands of binational families separated from loved ones for a year now. People can't see their partners, kids, and parents because they're not married or are engaged to be married. Some fathers are yet to meet their newborns (meanwhile, athletes and celebrities are exempt and can travel, but families can't reunite). And then of course there are even bigger global issues all over the world. But this is the person who chose Turkey, Seychelles, and other destinations over seeing her mother for over a year. This is so tone-deaf, this 'lockdown is boring' rant.

Oh likewise, nice to be in your company! And yeah, it's like she only sees women in one dimension. As if one cannot be smart and feminine at the same time etc
there was a discussion in her Facebook group about how one cannot be a professional and be considered feminine. Apparently one cannot be a feminine lawyer...

Now if only Amal Clooney took Aija’s course..

We were promised lifetime access to our “highly discounted” $1000 “school” and 1 day before she opens a new course BAMMM I log in and all the materials have evaporated. I am pretty sure she is going to change the content somehow. To censor somethings or to copy and change content for the new course.
It's a perfect proof that the wedding is fake! Because many reported that she claimed to be martied in her previous course and we were asking to get footages so she went on and deleted them.

Btw, if you get enough people to raise chargebacks on her you know what happens?? Visa and MasterCard will stop allowing their cards to work on her platform:D nothing screams more scam than this! Since all of you ladies were supposed to get lifetime access and she mass deleted everything, technically all of you are eligible for chargeback under - service not provided - category. PLEASE GET ORGANISED AND DO IT !!!! Her business would suffer so much plus when you make a chargeback she not only returns the money but has to pay the fee for the case handling as she would be the losing party and that's 550GBP per case :D pleaaaaaaaaaase do it!!!

When it comes to the higher education, I don't necessarily subscribe to the idea that everyone should be university-educated. I believe learning a trade, doing courses in things you're interested holds as much of a value in the world as the higher education to earn your living. However, when it comes to Aija... She's making a victim out of herself. I remember in one of her stories quite a while ago, someone asked her an advice about moving to a foreign country for the studies. And Aija basically said that you're very lucky to have this opportunity, I never had anything like that so take advantage of it. Excuse me? You were brought up in Sweden! If you wanted to study, you had plenty of opportunities! Not just in Sweden, but also abroad as Sweden is very generous with helping you to get student loans. Stop making your lack of education as something you were denied! You just had no interest and that's it.

Part 2

Dear Diary,

Today I spent some time with the neighbor's horses. It's nice to touch someone, even if it is a horse. I pretended to be sick so I wouldn't have to go to school. Classes are boring and the people don't understand me at all. Malin especially, with her long dark hair. I hate her. She's so good at everything, and her parents pay so much attention to her. And she has the nicest, straightest teeth.

I wonder what I would look like with dark hair.

P.S. Malin's mother called me darling one day when she came to school. I think it would be a nice nickname.

A.R.

Dear Diary,

I've decided to change my name to Aija Darling. It would be nice for someone, anyone, to call me darling and if it's part of my name people HAVE to do it.

I am finally done with school. They tried to get me to apply to university but no way will I go through 4 more years of this! I don't need a job anyway. I'll just do what Mamushka did and get a man to support me. Why won't these stupid Swedish men even pay for my coffee? I'm tired of this place.

I've dyed my hair black now. Maybe they'll think I'm from somewhere exotic. They ask too many questions when I say my last name is Räty. I wish I could fly to an island or something far far away. Maybe there someone will love me.

When is it gonna be my turn to be happy? It's not FAIR!

A.D.

Dear Diary,

It's been a while. I gave up writing for a bit, life has been crazy. I've been trying different things but think I've finally got somewhere. Remember that Swedish girl Sofia Hellqvist who went on Paradise Island and she managed to bag Prince Carl Phillip? I applied to be on the show and they accepted me (yay!) Sadly only lasted one episode. No prince for me :(

Everyone loved my dark hair though. They didn't say, but I'm pretty sure they were jealous.

Anyway, I decided to leave Sweden behind. Up yours Sverige! No one there thinks I'm special. I'm going to go somewhere that I stand out! I've got a one way ticket to Malta. Met a DJ there and I'm pretty sure he's my shot at the big leagues. I'll probably have to get a job though. He is always talking about how his money is tied up in a new business venture. No worries. There's plenty of gambling companies and online casinos I can work for. They don't ask for much, not even a degree.

Italy is my plan B. I saw that I can study some marketing course but doesn't matter if I fail, maybe I'll meet a rich man haha (fingers crossed!)

xoxo

Aija Darling

P.S. I've decided to go blond. Too many dark haired ugly hairy girls in the south of Europe. I wouldn't want any guys to confuse me with one of them! Yuk!

I agree with the dark hardwood furniture. I have self-made wealthy parents and grew up with custom made dark wood furniture, flooring, stair handles, etc. I was tired of this aesthetics, so for the first apartment I rent, I chose white painted dinning table from a local brand doing classical furnitures with a twist. I discovered noticeable scratches on my table after a year. The reflective white paint indeed doesn't age well.

I noticed most of my wealthy family friend who prefer pastels for interior would choose to use light colored table cloth for their dining table.

I don't want to use the word "new money" because it sounds judgmental and also because Aija uses it. I would say some of the people chose that "tacky" aesthetics intentionally because they worked hard for their wealth and they feel proud of what they have done. Fashion houses such as Balmain and Versace have this type of aesthetics. I think their clothes look amazing on the right people. I don't think there's anything wrong with that.

The problem I have with Aija is that she herself is this aggressive and flashy type, but she's trying to paint a picture that she's not and bashes the people who are honest with their desires as "nouveau riche", and she's also profiting from that.
I really think it's beyond money wether its new or old. It's a matter of taste and having what we call "the eye" (having a natural gift of assembling beautiful things with each other) these are things that you either have or you don't. Just like elegance in my opinion you can't learn it, you can learn to act like it/fake it but if you don't have it, you just don't.

My life is funny because I grew up in an old money family that lost their money xD I had many friends from wealthy backgrounds and also friends or family members that were broke but still managed to look really nice and put together on a budget. I very much remember one of my friends who came to school wearing designer clothes from head to toe but paired in such a horrible way like yellow and neon green and orange and red all together xD and she was from old money too... another one was very classy despite being new money and her sister was the flashy one. Now I made my own wealth again so I am "new money" but I go very BCBG with a modern twist. I think we should drop such assumptions that taste comes from money and just make it individual. Anna has no taste we saw that but many other women who made it by marriying rich guys have good taste despite their not so wealthy background. 🤷‍♀️

To be honest, I quite like Lina's home decor, I find it quirky and original. Completely different from what Ana teaches. I can see that Lina invests on art, she's got several installations at her home. That make me think that the Lina just take Ana as a pet. Lina is wealthy and couldn't care less for the grandma look and ostentatious Tkmaxx on sale style of Ana.
I bet she laughs at Ana's misrepresentation of the elite.

Only Anna can complain about growing up in a country with a great health care and school / education system 🙄 I get that life can be boring after living in your home country all these years but I bet Sweden is not so bad that you need to escape to Italy to finally be able to live a good life. She makes it sound like she had to leave because Sweden is so horrible. Girl, you were just bored with your life.

I’m wondering how is she still thinking that her insta screams affluent? I must admit that I was following her and watched some YT vids (I know too well how those desperate and blind followers can “fall in love” with her) but at some point I get bored of her claims. Show me the proof! for someone who is “living her best life” and is an attention seeker, why there is not a single pic of flying business or first class?
It is because anything that she can’t afford is tackyyyy and not ehhlegaant.

About Ajia's hair: I do have the same Slavic hair , I got them from my mother Russia grandma Ukraine.
I made many mistakes with them and the worst of them all was getting hair extensions. Although they were good quality (not the rat tails Ajia wears) they really damaged my hair. I had bald patches on the scalp because locks - Serbian hair - were too heavy and break my tiny weak hair 😭 . I can't imagine how damaged her hair is after all those years of cheap extensions!
In order to have beautiful healthy hair, people like Ajia or I have to really understand the "less is more" concept.
Less care, less oils, less heat and so on. The good news is that, left alone, those hair can be very beautiful (and they don't even mind unexpensive drugstore shampoo!).
She should really stop extensions, learn patience and let them grow naturally.

I didn't know this thread was a thing, seems like I have a lot of catching up to do. 👀 My best friend loves watching Anna's videos, I always thought there was something off about her.

Not to mention, these furnitures are tasteless too, like her sense of style. Because people who are really wealthy, especially from old money,
they tend to buy like dark wood, things that cost and are timeless. These furnitures make me think of this bohemian trendy chic style where everything is in white. And white is as we all know the cheapest kind. Ie IKEA.
Dark wood vs white furniture depends on cultural context and of course personal taste. In Scandinavia white minimalist furniture (not Ikea) is often a sign of wealth. Dark wood is often stuffy and outdated unless it is real antique.
