What is a medium in penneys now 10-12 or 12-14?
12-14 a large is 14-16 and an XL is 18-20. I’m a 16 can get away with some stuff being medium if oversized but in general I’d be a L sometimes get XL as their sizes are all over the place. Tbf that pjs looks oversized so that’s probably why she got a medium but she’s definitely not a 12-14
