Any financial advisor worth their salt would advise them to put off a wedding until their debts are sorted Poor Marco being saddled with Hermes debt that probably amounts to as much as his car.

Alyssa chose the most expensive option, an Italian destination wedding and although she’s not paying for guests, everything else will be uber expensive (if not gifted lol).

She could of had a nice intimate wedding in the States, invited people who couldn’t come to Italy and saved some money too since she has said and I quote “we don’t have money like that”.

I don’t think these two are in massive debt, outside of (most likely) still paying PMI because they put so little down on the house. Every pricey item she has is either gifted, HEAVILY discounted via vouchers or she sold off other gifted items to pay for the new items. She sold half her bags to fund those two Hermes bags she purchased in store. Her engagement ring is a glorified CZ. Etc, etc. thank She is not smart w her $, but I don’t think they’re drowning in debt.

Destination weddings are actually WAY cheaper than a wedding would be in the states. Fewer people can make it, outside of schlepping there/back and hotel stay, you save on venue, food, booze, etc. It sounds posh, but trust it’s BUDGET just like our girl Alyssa!

That’s a good point actually. Everything she posts seems so luxe, so boujee… but it’s all gifted / sponsored She’s a magician for constructing her life to seem more glamorous than it is but that’s the reality for a lot of influencers.

Is it mean that I just assumed it was gifted? She doesn’t come across as someone who has much knowledge or appreciation for specs of gear, then again it could just be me underestimating her desperate need to have the newest whatever just for the sake of it being new

I use to like her but she got boring fast(not in a bad way, just wasn’t intresting) . I first discovered her because of her handbag collection(a great collection btw). I care nothing for her vlogs(I’m sorry ) I mainly watch when she has her handbags , handbag reviews, jewellery other than that she’s really boring. I’d like to see the day that youtubers move away from that boring flat neutral palette. I’d like for her to add some colour(and not just pastel colours)

Her vlogs are so dull- same coffee machine tit, same avocado and egg, the same list of things to do. Like girl! I mean I don’t think every day is supposed to be interesting but if you’re gonna do vlogs on YT atleast make it interesting.
