Speaking of her mom, I’m so curious about her wedding. She’s really going to make her mom, who is still recovering from a heart attack, travel to Italy when the woman needs a walker to get around? Her mom is going to be on a plane for hours, then I’m assuming Alyssa’s getting married outdoors which make it hard to navigate a walker because of the terrain. I also wondered this, but I also find it VERY strange that her parents fly back/forth from the Philippines at their age. Did they come back for healthcare in the US (also strange as I imagine they no longer have US health insurance since they live FT in the Philippines) or did her health go south after the flight to the US? It’s all so strange, and not ideal when you’ve planned a destination wedding.
