Like what normal person would set up a camera to record themselves writing on a piece of paper as if their writing some groundbreaking cure for covid but really she’s studying a-level science, if even..? I’d almost feel sorry for her if she wasn’t so awfully smug all the bleeping time

Extremely unsustainable, 10k steps before 10am??? If I have a busy morning with chores I can reach maybe 5k steps by 10 or 11 am but then again that's during a very busy morning on a weekend or something.
Pre pandemic I averaged 10-12k steps during an entire day (between 07:00 - 00:00) with my walks to and from work, and walking my dogs + anywhere else I needed to go, where I live I am lucky enough to do 98% of my things on foot. And I considered that being pretty active. So how is it even healthy to consider 10k before 10am?!
honestly she’s a joke at this point. how people follow her and think she’s someone to look up to is beyond me

I'm alright thanksI’m a stay at home mum of a one year old and three year old. I’m on my feet all day, cleaning and running about after them both, including a walk to feed the ducks / pre school runs / chores and I struggle to fit in 10k steps... how the frig is this achievable before 10am!?!?!?! She’s tapped

I've done 10k before 10am before but that was during last summer when I was on a fitbit as I was getting super competitive and I'd be up about 6am... Its too much imo. Why do it? I look back and would much preferred to spend my time gently waking up if I could 
10k throughout the day is sustainable and I know its a challenge bit its a crap challenge. Doing that and a workout at 10am would make most people super tired by mid afternoon. Where is the balance. Its dangerous to be spouting this kind of stuff to everyday people who have things to do in their lives. . She is going to make herself very poorly. She is a terrible influencer.

I always think this! that little smirky faceShe has definitely entered eating disorder territory, the teenagers I look after come up with ‘challenges’ very similar to this one, there’s an ED Snapchat that basically teaches them how to starve, over exercise etc it’s actually disgusting she promotes this to young followers. CAMHS in UK has been overwhelmed by the amount of ED since lock down and plebs like this with massive followings promoting these challenges are not helping
