Right so I’m normally against screenshotting images and criticising appearances but I genuinely did not recognise her here. I’m not even sure it is her but she said if was a photo of her and her sisters and this was the only one that could possibly be her. I know we all look different caught off guard etc but surely she’s editing the rest of her pictures to duck?

Hellooo ! Im so glad I found this thread, I've been following her for a while and she's started to really annoy me lately. Always me me me, so privileged and talking about that dog like it was a child( I love dogs). Then her saying my book made it to the best sellers list it's a miracle! duck no it isn't, it's the result of you having nearly 500k followers that got you the book deal in the first place. Then the constant mood swings, crying and don't get me started on her hair. That heatless roll debacle. You have no hair girl just give it up! Anyway rant over, she started with a good usp and wanted to do good I think and has now become another self absorbed influencer.
Totally agree! She’s thrown a strip this week because she asked people a question and shock horror they replied! She cannot handle different opinions to hers or any kind of pressure to have a platform that big.
Completely agree this really annoyed me.. fancy asking your followers a question and then getting annoying by the amount of responses
Always find it odd when they post stuff that is clearly a pre record..why is she showing us today an outfit from days ago / makeup from days ago ? But pretending likes it's today ? Pointless and odd !

And she’s at it again, retyping that post about the moon looking bad in photos that’s been doing the rounds over the last couple of weeks but making it into her own reel and not giving the original creator credit, in the hope that people will share hers and grow her reach. Charlatan.
Can't help but roll my eyes when she shares stuff from The Sun or The Daily Mail. Anyone with half a brain cell knows that they are tit rags and the people who write for them/comment on them are low lives. It's like she goes looking for hateful comments and then clutches her pearls when she finds them.
So she dislikes the headline of that article (and rightfully so) But literally shows the ENTIRE article too? Make it make sense because I'm baffled

Yes. She’s originally from the Wirral on Merseyside, why she’s even give the S*n that much air time, or give each top its own slide I don’t know.
God she's insufferable! Absolutely no mention of the privilege she has in order to be able to afford to decide to freeze her eggs! And is there really a silence around IVF and fertility..certainly not in my world..or is this just the latest bandwagon Alex has decided to jump on.
Just want to add, having children is as privilege and not a right. They are gifts and not all are lucky to have them. I hope she has factored that into her latest attention seeking mission!

I also love how she has drivelled on about not being secretive about fertility and egg freezing etc... and yet has provided no information as to why she is having this done or any conversation about her own fertility. Attention seeking or an upcoming ad...
Going with her recent form I'd put money that it's an ad..!
I thought exactly the same. Why not explain her reasons for doing it?
I'm not saying she has to share every little detail of her personal life on instagram but she's the one who made a song and dance about bEiNg OpEn

i'm so glad I found this thread. i follow Alex and used to love her posts, but recently, she is sharing more and more posts which include photos of her when she was unwell with her eating disorder and at a much lower weight, which is totally unnecessary. i have anorexia, and i know how much these kind of comparison photos are generally hated amongst the recovery community - and people who unnecessarily post excessive photos of themselves at low weights are often called out for doing so, because it's fuelled by a disordered need for validation, and the need to prove that she was "sick".
i'm not questioning that she used to suffer from an eating disorder, but the constant photos of herself at a lower weight are unnecessary - she can write posts about how weight loss shouldn't be applauded and that gaining weight isn't a failure etc without ensuring she shares images of herself when she was unwell. what does it achieve? she's placing other people at risk of feeling triggered or invalidated - in terms of the fact that the majority of people who suffer from an eating disorder aren't underweight - solely to provide herself with a feeling of validation by "proving" that she was unwell - which is very much a behaviour fuelled by the illness she has supposedly recovered from! it irritates me, because she's doing it more and more frequently, in a way that anyone else with such a huge platform would be criticised for potentially triggering other people - yet she is endlessly praised and applauded by her followers, the majority of whom follow her for her content based around body confidence, seemingly unaware that her photos may be triggering to eating disorder sufferers. she is also reinforcing stereotypes about the illness by implying that people must be at a low weight to be suffering from an eating disorder and that reaching a healthy weight is synonymous with recivery - both of which are such harmful misconceptions. sure, it's important to highlight how harmful it can be place so much importance on weight and size, and reassure people that gaining weight is okay etc - but it's possible to do that without including "before" comparison photos of when she was unwell, next to more recent photos of her at a healthy weight - and while i appreciate that many people won't understand why this is an issue, i guarantee that as someone who struggled from an eating disorder, she knows damn well what she's doing, and that she's placing her more vulnerable followers at risk simply to ensure that everyone is aware that she used to weigh less. totally unnecessary and sadly, it's become more and more regular. it's incredibly disappointing.
