I talk myself out of chocolate now by looking at the ingredients.
This bar would definitely be out for me, as my specialist said "no sunflower oil, you have too much inflammation!"
I was shocked at the time to see how much I'd been swilling down myself including other seed oils. It was even in the milk I bought!
Now I've noticed they're replacing good fats with palm
large to save money.

Also if I'm ramming it in like I'm on my last five minutes I know it's not good, but made deliberately addictive.
