Got this on my app! Is it a single vegetable 🙄
If you buy a pack of tomatoes/mushrooms/new potatoes you'll get one of those free. Don't do what I did the other day, I bought a variety of veg including all of the above and it took 25p off my bill for the one carrot I bought!

I picked up an almond shower oil in Aldi today, I’ve had it before, it’s so good, just like the L’occitane one but it’s only £4.99

Have managed to secure the goods in Aldi - cleansing balm and that Kale Wonder Liquer.

Also picked up the Moisture Boost Moisturizer

I got 3 balms. Might have to give some away if I react to it, as I seem to have developed Rosacea since I last used it. I remember it was quite perfumed. 🤞I don't react.
They sold out in my store as everything does normally.😥
So I went to the Aldi in a heavy OAP area and there were loads of balms.🥰
I think they must have thought I was a shoplifter as I charged in, no hand baskets, so grabbed them and started rushing to the front of the building for the tills.
I forgot they take you down to the floor in Aldi.😳
The bloke on the self service tills was looking at me like he thought I was mad buying so many balms.
I don't care it's aeons since they last had them in!
I picked up 4 balms and 4 moisture boost moisturisers. Gave no fucks about anyone looking at me loading my basket, I’ve waited MONTHS for them to come back in stock 🤣

Today’s LIDL coupon is 25% off Christmas puddings.

I agree with others that 2 days to use each coupon is absolutely ridiculous. Who is going there every couple of days just to get these items? Most of these ‘savings’ are not worth the time, effort and money travelling to keep going back and forth to the shop. I guess it’s useful for people who maybe pass nearby on their work journey or live close.

I know all they want is to get you in the shop as much as possible so you see other things and pick them up. It’s just annoying lol.

Whoever suggested bacon in cheesy hot cross buns - it is great! Admittedly that may have been on the M&S thread, but my hot cross buns were from Lidl...

I only go to Lidl for the app. I was always an Aldi girl before and probably will be again now. I cannot express how much I hate those baskets that you have to pull around. I’ve just been to Aldi where I can carry a basket 😂
YES! Those fricking massive pull-along baskets! Hate them too :ROFLMAO:

I sometimes just take my bag and fill it up and then make sure to tip it fully out onto the conveyor so they can see I'm paying for everything.

Basically you're worse off. Before the free bakery item was when you spent £10 each month in store. Now you need around £60 to get that free bakery item.

They give you £3 off when you get £300 or £5 when you spend £500. They say double points on fruit so maybe some will get there faster.

It's okay if it's your closest food shop and you'd still get some freebies instead of nothing.
Thank you for explaining to me!

Having to spend £60 to get a free bakery item that will be at most £2 (the speculoos muffin cost me this much) is diabolical work from them

Today's offer. The cracker selection is very good, even at full-price. I just wish these didn't expire so quickly. Not all of us go every day 😒

I love Aldi's Liebfraumilch too it's such a good price .
I've just got a bottle of Asda's to compare! Same price.

Aldi's clementine mulled wine is bloody delicious too and under four quid. I'm a lightweight these days (well, I can't drink 3 bottles of 13% wine and still stand anymore 😂) so I'm enjoying having some lower alcohol stuff to drink.

When I picked up the beauty dupes I grabbed the mushroom croquettes for lunch today. It was if someone had somehow solidified Campbells condensed soup and rolled it in breadcrumbs. No for me 🙅🏼‍♀️.

Just home from Aldi here in Ireland, and the lovely bags of Christmas crisps, the boxing day curry and aromatic duck flavours etc, are reduced to 29c.
And they had boxes of duck spring rolls for only 49c.

Well I’m eating my free turnover for an afternoon pick me up. No fear of man handled pastries over here 😂. I just always take from the back and mostly from higher shelves!

My late husband used to like baking and bought a Kenwood with all the bells and whistles and used it for a few years until our son "borrowed" it to do a couple of weddings for friends. It never came back so hubby bought the £40 Aldi one and said although it didn't do all the tricks the Kenwood one did it was a brilliant machine and good value.
After he died last year I gave it to a single mum neighbour who loves baking and said this Aldi one is still going great.
Yes I have two kenwood ran a baking business and I paid more for stainless steel bowls for the machines than the price of these machines, yes they are workhorses, and heard good things about the Aldi machine, One of my kenwood has gone off for repair and hopefully be as good as new when it gets back..

*chef kiss* I love shopping at Aldi - especially on a monday morning before midday. So many amazing things are there.
My shopping came £43 - if i shopped at Sainsbury's it would have been double that amount.
Seriously I got Aldi high endolphin.....
