I always miss out on these curries even though you lot rave about them each time! I've made a note on the calendar on my phone to remind me to go after work on Monday!
First impressions were they were really nice, tasty but after a while & half a bag they repeated on me so much & I felt quite queasy. The Polish week garlic crisps![]()
I'll be stocking up when they do.First impressions were they were really nice, tasty but after a while & half a bag they repeated on me so much & I felt quite queasy.
Aldi garlic bread flavour are delicious so ill wait for those to come back around
They have jars of blended garlic and ginger which I have to go back for tomorrow. Don't very often see them where I live as Asda, the other supermarket near me, says there is no "call" for it and Aldi only have it on their specials weeks. There is also lots of Asian foods in that aisle.I'll be stocking up when they do.
I loves me some garlic!!!![]()
Sorry to go off topic slightly but do you a recipe for your ginger shots? I stocked up on some bottles in Tesco recently as they were on clubcard price at more than half price of normal, I wouldnt pay full but have been considering making my own. thanksJust been to Aldi and the fridge is stacked full of Bilash Curries, dips, nan etc. Lots of people buying them but not hugging the fridge like at M&S. Staff lady told me they have lots in the fridges out the back.
Garlic and Ginger (seperate) paste jars 99p so stocked up on them as not readily available where I live. Good deal on unwaxed lemons on super 6 - 99p for 6 decent sized ones which is a bargain as I paid 45p for 1 in M&S last week.. I make my own ginger shots and can freeze what lemons left and will probably buy another bag next week. Ginger is on S6 this week but it looks a bit worse for wear so will stick to MS.
Quite happy to tell you. Firstly I have a high powered blender which blends everything into liquid - Vitamix which I have had for many years but I think that Ninja do a good one.Sorry to go off topic slightly but do you a recipe for your ginger shots? I do a thin peel of the skin of a large lemon and a couple of oranges which goes into the blender then take off the pith and ditch it. Into the blender goes a big chopped up piece of ginger, the oranges and lemon along with a tsp of turmeric and some pepper and some water to make up 800 m;.. All done.
I have a silicone 100 ml portion box and put 8 in there and freeze take out one per day or put in a bottle in the fridge and have a drink each morning.
I started doing this as I don't want to pay £1 a day as it costs me about 20p but you can find ways of getting round their silly prices
I've got one. I can't compare it with any other ones but it's fine. I do usually heat the milk in the microwave 1stHas anyone got a review for the lidls milk frother? Always been tempted by the hotel chocolat velvetiser but it's pricey for something that could end up shoved in the back of a cupboard.
