Where did you get the pistachio spread?I have a panettone recommended by Tattlers but am a bit nervous about eating it for the first time. I have a pistachio spread (another Tattle recommendation), but it's so Baltic in my kitchen it won't spread!
I noticed in my area that Lebkuchen isn't popular. Loads left in the sale. The Stollen went immediately so I doubt there's any in the sale.
They'll probably be gone soon, think they're part of the veganuary rangeThey’re new in, part of the Plant section in the freezers. I might need to try a different store tomorrow![]()
Lidl.........Where did you get the pistachio spread?
I'm going to look in mine tomorrow for the same thing, but I know they're not going to be therePopped into Aldi on my home hoping to find the new Frickles from the feeezer section, none to be found but bought some Tempura Veg to try
I took the recommendation for the kefir yoghurt - vanilla flavourand it was enjoyable. Realistically, how much of this stuff would you need to consume for it to be beneficial? I’ve mainlined a pot for lunch to get me going but just wondering how much of this would a normal person need to just keep things healthy?Aldi. New Kefir yoghurt is good, Kombucher drinks in fridge with yoghurts are nice, hope they are permanent. Their best or whatever they are called, Cottage Pie has been voted no 1 above Charlie Bingham's and M&S.
I don't know how much you have to have but I have a couple of large dollops on my porridge every morning and have noticed my bloating and wind have reduced quite a bit since I started it a couple of months ago. Was having one from M&S before Aldi started stocking it bit I prefer the Vanilla bio one. (it has a yellow lid). Usually 4 portions.I took the recommendation for the kefir yoghurt - vanilla flavourand it was enjoyable. Realistically, how much of this stuff would you need to consume for it to be beneficial? On the back of the pot I have it says 125g is the serving amount. I mix mine with Greek yoghurt.I took the recommendation for the kefir yoghurt - vanilla flavourand it was enjoyable. I’ve never had good gut health but it’s at an all time low right now - I think the collagen supplements I started have made things worse and Christmas never helps. Pleased to hear you don’t need a vat load daily for it to have a benefit. Thanks for the inspo - your post arrived at just the right time for meI don't know how much you have to have but I have a couple of large dollops on my porridge every morning and have noticed my bloating and wind have reduced quite a bit since I started it a couple of months ago. 750mls bottles of Kefir in Aldi for £1.99. The plain one doesn't have sweeteners or sugar added but just noticed there is sugar in the mixed berry one but not much as there is only 10cals per 100mls difference in them. There is a 2 week sell by date on them so bought them incase I run out of yogurt. On the back of the pot I have it says 125g is the serving amount. I mix mine with Greek yoghurt.
I saw Lidl is now also selling Kefir as part of their protein range. It’s in a bottle but it’s got added sweeteners in it which I’m not keen on.
