I mean most of the staples are in all the time. Yeah special treats etc will be seasonal but tbh I don't plan in cherry Bakewell Jaffa cakes into my meals haha and if I did I'm sure I can substitute it for something else I've never had an issue getting any of my standard things I eat in Lidl or in Aldi

Tried the Cherry Bakewell Jaffa cakes, my oh my . Feed me more!

All the panettone were reduced to £1 in lidl yesterday, even the big ass fancy ones.

For all jaffa cake lovers the M and S lemon and lime ones are lovely .

I bought & £1 panettone & some Reese chocolates also £1 in a tube. There was 21 sweets in there compared to the tins reduced to £2 for approx 38 sweets.
I needed neither of these items but a reduction is a puller

I have a panettone recommended by Tattlers but am a bit nervous about eating it for the first time. I have a pistachio spread (another Tattle recommendation), but it's so Baltic in my kitchen it won't spread!
I noticed in my area that Lebkuchen isn't popular. Loads left in the sale. The Stollen went immediately so I doubt there's any in the sale.

There was stollen cookies for 99p in mine... but at 300 cals a pop or whatever they were, they don't fit in January's calories. It was hard to walk past!

Went into Aldi this morning to buy my usual Metro Rolls and there was none in stock and no tag for them! Anyone know if they’ve been discontinued? We all loved them!

I was in my Aldi earlier (looking for 2kg dumbbells)....the irony is that I came out with massively reduced mince pies, white choc lebkuchen and cherry Bakewell Jaffa cakes...

Any Irish tattlers ever see tinned jackfruit in Lidl? i have bought some in there before and have used up my last.

They will bring them back in a few weeks with a 'NEW' sticker on them , Ive seen this done before .
They've stopped selling the giant naan breads at the minute too, they make great pizza bases

Bought two a few weeks ago. Pretty sure it was a middle aisle special, so might not be back.

Picked up this L’Ocitane dupe in my Lidl this evening. Really impressed as the cream is thick and isn’t far off with the scent too. Might grab the hand wash next time I am in

Just been to our local Lidl and they had all their Christmas snacks, including Kinder santas, reduced to 20p, I may have bought a few bits.

Really impressed with the vemondo range in they for Veganuary at Lidl. Got some vegan vanilla biscuits, chocolate and orange cookies, potato tortillas, Russian salad, souffle, and some fun pasta dishes. Only job is to eat it all before it expires

Just got a giant Chocolate orange panettone for 20p! Plus lots of Cadbury tree decs and aero balls for 20p too

I nipped into Lidl yesterday & came out with 50p stollen bites which I cut into pieces & served with bourbon ice cream... bloody delicious.
I nipped in again today, its VERY local to me & came away with festive treats for the foxes as they were reduced to 20p
