Adventures by Knapp #7 Surprise baby on the way, but not to worry cause Mum and Dad will pay

I am cruising Alaska end of July with Royal Caribbean from Vancouver I did look at the Wonder but it was £7500 for a balcony for a week! I actually really like DCL but there is no way I was paying that I've paid just under £3000 for a balcony room with Royal. I'm sure if the Knapps had a balcony we would have seen the pics, however if they were in a balcony room I'm sure it will be justified in some stupid way or bank of mum and dad have paid again.

If they have a balcony this trip they'll say its because that's what was left on the cruise as they were booked in an inside cabin for August but their mates would have had a balcony I'm sure.

Whilst it’s true the cruises from Southampton are more expensive last time I looked BA and Virgin etc. weren’t giving away transatlantic flights for free so by the time you factor the price of flights for 4 of them into it…. I honestly can’t deal with the way this woman tries to justify her ridiculous spending

I know, I did think yes the cruises might be cheaper but you have to add flights and extra hotels like they did in Canada.

Her besties Paradise Falls have got the budget Sharn could only dream of. No amount of free coffees can compete with 6 holidays currently booked and the 4 of them seeing Taylor Swift over the weekend. That must have cost £££.

Yeah they definitely have a different level of money and lifestyle really and seem to get good deals on things too.

So in the vlog they bought a gift bag for ever room on board? Is this the done thing on Disney cruise? Seems an expensive thing to do for the frugal knapps!

From what I know anyone who wants to do it on the Facebook group then get split on to a smaller group of about 10 or less and then you give a present to each in your small group.

I'm not defending her but won't they have got a hefty discount off this as calllum works at Waitrose/John Lewis?? X if they did I don't blame them xx

Literally said that in the post. Even with a 25% which is the discount you get at John Lewis. It's still hell of a lot of money.

Money really is no issue to this woman. Have to book 2 rooms now! She's said she'll never book the UK based cruises as she can book the American based cruises cheaper which seems crazy to me.

They booked the place holder on the cruise which is the same as booking the cruise on the ship I believe but they said its cheaper booking in £ without it rather than booking in $ with the place holder

She’s clearly not the expert in DCL she makes out she is then because she could’ve had her placeholder in £ to allow her to book next cruise in £.

I'll be interested to see if they stayed with the inside cabin....on possibly the most picturesque cruise you will ever go on!

I used to really like their vlogs for Disney and some of their home vlogs she did some lovely Christmas ones.
Im just watching the travel blog and it’s dull and boring no one seems excited Daisy clearly doesn’t care at all.
she mentioned her kids were too big for the soft play my 15 year old would still squeeze round that and enjoy being a kid as they would be excited they were in an airport her kids are like bleugh

Are they still on their cruise? Do you not get a discount if you book your next one on board, or do Disney cruises work the same way as WDW if you book within a certain time you get a discount?
