Given the media interest in this as soon as the feud was made public, if that were me, I’d have dialled the whole thing down. Switched venue to something private (yes it would be short notice but not like they wouldn’t have had the resources to manage this). No, instead they steamed ahead with a public venue with a pap walk for good measure, knowing full well the whole thing would be splashed across the Daily Mail for the whole weekend. They looked like they were enjoying every bit of the attention. AND selling to Hello magazine. Let’s remember this the next time Adam and/or Holly ask for privacy on their family issues.

She’s still pulling the ‘Adam didn’t go to his niece/nephews funeral’ bullshit as if this was a living child that Adam knew. It wasn’t. His sister in law had an early term miscarriage and held a miscarriage rememberance ceremony. Obviously that’s tragic for the SIL and her husband but not really an earthshattering event for Adam and Holly.

They had already spent a lot of money on a destination ceremony so sent their apologies, which I think is reasonable in the circumstances. His aunt keeps pretending it was a living child who died and he snubbed a funeral. That’s horrendous.

I find it telling that the only ones running to the press are the Peaty family, although I'm curious who leaked the "dig" that Gordon supposedly made in the wedding speech.

I've got people like Caroline and her sister in my extended family and bloody hell they could start a fight in an empty room! They take the most innocuous stuff and turn it into WW3 so if the Peaty family are like that then I completely understand why they've been cut out.

Caroline comes across as being used to laying down the law and her family kowtowing for an easy life, but when she tried the same stunts on the Ramsays she got put firmly in her place and didn't like it. Hence the drama and hysterical escalation, it's punishment for going against her. Except it's not quite gone as planned, sympathy's fast running out and she's being exposed for what she truly is, as is her sister.

Even when George was just a toddler he thought it was sensible for him to be passed down railings in steep stadium or yesterday have him paraded in front of press with shirt untucked and shoelaces untied. Only caring about Adam's brand then child's best interests.
Even when he was in crowds at Paris Olympics Caroline was looking after George while Holy posed for selfies.

I'd like to think Caroline and Eiri have arrangements between themselves so George can stil see that side of the family. From the sounds of it George spent more time with his Grandparents then Adam who was busy training, competing or up Gordons backside somewhere.

I side eye any mother or father who bleats about the sacrifices they made for their kids. Expecially to the media and especially when that adult kid has done well.

Parents should want to prioritise a talent or potential but there should be zero expectation that you deserve to call the shots in your adult child's life forever more because you drove them to their hobby.

The brother has been arrested now. From what I can work out, the allegation seems to be that he claimed he had a firearm and was coming to the airport to shoot him.

Domestic violence needs dealing with better across the board tbh.

His family’s stories keep changing. First they said A&H didn’t like the Mum’s outfit so offered to take her shopping in Bath to get an outfit of her choice. Now they’re saying they sent her some options for an outfit and told her to choose. First they said she cancelled the trip because of the Huntingdon stabbings, now they’re saying it’s because she wanted to stay in Staffordshire because her 2 other (adult) sons needed her. I don’t think they’re reliable narrators.
