This is all very true, he’s only there to tick a box that he’s done the cruise ship and get the most basic level of content. The fact this weekends vlog was only 25 mins and he didn’t showcase any of Vancouver says it all. Coasting through life and paying for luxury, but completely numb to the experience, it’s depressing just to watch

I was surprised he didn't combine both the travel day and boarding the ship. The 25 min run time on only the 3rd video isn't a good sign for how this series is going to go imo!
Yeah, that section was really weird. I don't know what time they got to Vancouver but surely they could have done a bit more sightseeing and found somewhere half decent and local for dinner, rather that just traipsing round a half closed mall trying to find a McDonalds. It's not like they'd just arrived from the UK and had to adjust to a big time difference. The way Adam just stood there while Gary actually showed some interest in the gas clock was very telling I thought.
Honestly Adam is trying to live the North American lifestyle on a UK grifter budget.
Endless business class, high priced hotels, concierge, luxurious experiences etc.
It make him less “attainable” to UK based audiences (who love a man of the street, an underdog), and he’s trying to slot himself into the overly crowded US vlogger space (who love to see successful people spend, spend, spend!).
I know I’m stereotyping here but not enjoying pretty much anything in the last vlog (business class meal wasn’t liked but Gary loved it, cheap burgers and chips he hated but Gary loved - but in Adam’s defence he did love the hotel room towels even if he had no idea about the luxury toiletries).
Whatever enjoyment Adam gets from the vlogs doesn’t come through anymore and I’ve never seen someone who so clearly enjoys a cheese plate look so pale and dead in the eyes.
That last vlog made me realise how much I wouldn’t actually mind a Gary C channel doing trips and Adam-less uploads!

I honestly don't know why Adam even does these higher class of hotels and businesses class flights ( well TBF I do, it's all about being the "big I am" ) etc as he makes zero use of the perks and amenities that can be enjoyed by these ( bar airport lounge ). He might as well just stay at the cheapest hotels and save money and use it on chicken tenders, cheese plates and Macdonald's.
He looked absolutely lost and petrified to be out in a big bad city outside his Disney safety net and it was hilarious!! When Gary C looks more at ease and comfortable in that environment then you do Adam, it's time to really take stock of your life.
He's digging himself deeper into debt each and every trip as I'm pretty sure most trips he's doing now are actually done at a loss.
The only thing is Gary wouldnt be able to do the trips as he couldnt afford them on his benefits.
And he’s a lazy witch.
Unless he goes to Disney.

It really wouldn’t surprise me if Adam lives in an annexe above the garage of his parents house.
