I think her videos are filmed over multiple days I don’t believe she ate everything in one day at all

Look at the numbers of likes/comments in the first two screenshots compared to the third which is when she was pretending to quit the PT. She must be desperate to get the old numbers back. No doubt she will post a cheat day soon full of food that was actually eaten over various days/weeks.
