Why is she acting like she never got dressed up in Sydney? She was one of the typical backpacker types done up to the nines every weekend, she is pretending she was all natural and dressed down the whole time.

She just strikes me as someone who is seriously lost. Coming home from Oz, then all these trips back-to-back, is it some form of soul searching? It’s like she’s desperately searching for happiness or validation. Definitely not someone I would take any advice from. Lives her life for the ‘gram.

She talks on her podcast about how when she decided to give up drinking she had a hens party to go to so she called /emailed the company where it was and announced she wasn’t drinking so could they make sure she doesn’t get given any alcohol and to do it discreetly. I couldn’t stop laughing. Like the venue would give a flying duck if one of their patrons wasn’t drinking. Just get a zero beer and shut the duck up

Surely this is what someone would do if they were going sober because of alcoholism. Not just someone who’s giving up drink? No shade whatsoever to alcoholics and going sober whatsoever but I feel that’s what she is - an alcoholic. She definitely goes on about it like she is. Either that or maybe she’s in denial I don’t know.
It does seem a bit excessive ringing a venue to give them the heads up. Surely anyone that’s not drinking will just go to the bar and order a 0.0 or a mocktail?
You’re spot on and I think you’re right. She kept saying in the podcast that she was definately NOT addicted to alcohol. People think alcoholics drink every day but you can be a binge drinker and an alcoholic which is what personally I think she maybe was but it’s not up to me to speculate or diagnose someone. She does go on and on about it tho and has seemingly based her personality and content about it

I stopped drinking when I started recovering from my ED and because genuinely it really messed me up with the depressive hangovers etc. She’s clearly given it up because she has a problem but clearly that’s not as marketable (
) as being a sober wellness influencer who used to live in Australia/has dual citizenship/absolutely loves Ireland really but leaves at every opportunity and has to constantly mention it

I would say she came back from Sydney with a pretty penny
Caroline strikes me as a person who does things not because she wants to but purely to have an Instagram story to portray herself a certain way eg carefree, cool, adventurous.
Example :winter swims, sitting outside in snow wearing bikini etc etc

Appreciate no one wants to hear our life stories but genuinely, I’m currently in recovery for Anorexia and I truly believe I’m much happier than she is 
I’m also in County Down and don’t fake romanticise it so maybe that’s why
