My friend is actually coached by her coach, so I will enquire

Based on current services he offers, she’s probably paying £170 + a month.
My friend is also a PT and very blunt, I showed him the gym plan that came her first fit bible and he just replied I could so rip that to shreds...

He used to work at the gym I use and I know many of the clients that he retained for online services. His hourly coaching rate was eye watering just as my coach is.
