I’ve been following Georgie for about a month. A friend is a client of hers and recommended her to me. I emailed her about her plans.... they are ridiculously expensive for an online coach! I unfollowed a few days ago. She’s honestly vile. The advice she gives is utter shit. She is so rude to her followers and to those on her Q&A. I roughly do the same. I eat 1,200 calories and exercise to lost weight. Her response to that question was vile! How anyone can have her as a coach is beyond me.
Don’t get me started on all the Australia drama! She created that and that podcast was utter click bait. At least I can say I travelled Australia for a number of months and made it longer than she did!
How does your friend manage having her as a
Coach? It didn’t take long for you to be put off from having her as yours

with all her ‘no one cares, work harder’ bullshit I wouldn’t feel at all encouraged by her.

Also just looked at her website for prices and the first thing I see is something about how to ‘loose weight’. Surely a PT should know the difference between lose / lose. She also always says ‘women’ when she means ‘woman’ and that drives me bloody mad.
Also on her website she says ‘ I promise you more support, accountability and results than 90% of all 1-1 personal trainers.’. I’d be asking her for the evidence / stats which prove she is better than 90% of PTs, as it seems to me that is a figure plucked from
Thin air with absolutely no basis. If you’re going to use stats, at least have evidence for it.
