People who are democrat members vote for who they want to run. So you'd need to ask the DNC about that.

Out of interest who would you pick? Bernie? AOC? Mayor Pete, Andrew Yang? Elizabeth Warren? love Bernie, love what he stands for but sometimes ideals need to be put aside.

Clinton was a bad pick imo, too much tit to stick to her and it did.

I think they made probably the best choice they could. Even picking Harris as his running mate has brought all the 'communist' comments out. Biden is v centralist, we in the UK can see that. In America its a right wing party vs a less right wing party.

I have to say I'm a big fan of Bernie in general but he'd be eaten alive in a presidential election and imo wouldn't do well as president in the unlikely event he was elected. Americans (esp right now) wouldn't bode well with a socialist president... just my opinion. ( I do personally like him though no shade)

He is such a breath of fresh air but theyre not ready for it which is a shame. I am loving Pete Buttigieg now. He is fab and has been a great attack dog for the Dems this election. Very funny. His best bits are on Youtube. Wont be popular on here but Kamala votes with Sanders on most things.

Surely everyone can agree that Donald Trump’s behaviour today has been outrageous? For the leader of the free world to act this way and actually say some of those statements is abhorrent. His Twitter meltdowns show he needs to learn how to cope with competition in a more healthy manner.

Disgraceful. To think the office at stake here is supposed to be the beacon of democracy and fair due process across the world.

At a rally the other day Trump said thanks at the end to the wrong state. Theyre both men in there 70s, doing rally after rally. A presidential campaign is gruelling. Im in my 30s and get things wrong when Im exhausted. Theyve both made gaffs imo. Both or neither could have dementia and we wouldnt know.

When all eyes are on you its easy for people to catch small errors.
