I loved that era of Scott Mills. Just looked and there are a few uploaded to YouTube..17 years ago 😖.

Also probably 90s but I remember sneakily staying up late and seeing an advert for some kind of party/chat line 0891 50 50 50. I literally don't know why I've remembered that number ever since!.

Different but remember sometimes in clubs they had a screen where you could text in and your message would be put on the screen? It was always things like happy birthdays or asking people kn dates. Crazy considering we had to pay for text messages 🤣

I LOVED Scott Mills around that time. I remember meeting his producer (name escapes me now) at one big weekend and being absolutely buzzing about getting a photo with her.

Which is hilarious because one of my favourite parts of my favourite podcast is how much I adore the producer...

Always been about those behind the scenes it would seem ha.

I somewhat surprised they got away with that for as long as they did, really.

One club I used to go to had their twitter feed on a big screen and I was made up when my post got shown on it 🤣

Laura?

They used to read out parts of her diary on air. They then published it and I have a copy on my bookshelf.

I was also still giving out the flirt divert number on nights out until I met my husband 10 years ago 😂

LAURA!! That's it!

I forgot about her diary! I just remember thinking she was so cool. Wonder where she is now...

I was full of nostalgia for the £5 a pop 'polyphonic' ringtones the other day. What a waste of money 😂
My phone hasn't made a noise in at least 15 years.

Omg same I still use that number when I need to put a fake number somewhere 😂

That era of Scott Mills was the best! Loved Laura's diary, and remember when they did the "one night with Laura" thing to find her a man and she ended up in a relationship with one of the runners up.
