Anyone else obsessed with all the Sanrio/ cartoony Japanese style characters back in the early 00s? Pukka/ Hello Kitty/ happy bunny/ Sweety puss? The other day Afro Ken randomly popped into my head and I've re- bought the exact same pin badges off ebay I had in 2003 for the pure nostalgia 😅

I’m not making light of a serious issue, but all the chat about Russell Brand’s younger years and noughties culture in the news is making me feel so old. How was it EIGHTEEN TO TWENTY YEARS so DECADES ago that he was in all the magazines and like an indie pin up with that skinny jeans look? It feels like yesterday :)
